I go here all the time to fish and Id normally give it 5 stars but my last trip there saw someone break into my car by smashing the window. I dont blame the place but I certainly cant give it 5 stars.

Plenty of Fun for the whole family!!!

I love this whole area along Buford Dam Rd., for both the Chattahoochee River and Lake Lanier. Great place for a sunset picture.

Perfect for putting my (unpowered) sailboat into the lake. The ramps are sheltered, but there is easy access to the main body of the lake where the winds are stronger.Watch the trees on the approach to the ramp with your mast raised, though. They can be avoided, but you need to be aware theyre there.

Beautiful scenery

Nice place to launch your boat...however, on weekends, why is the line SO long to get in? There is a guard shack and it seems like folks spend way too long paying the fee to get into the park. Pay your fee and get out of the way.Also noted: The boat dock is for parking your boat, not for fishing, working on your boat, or entertaining others. Lets be considerate of others waiting.

Went to sit on the rocks and enjoyed the view it was peaceful

My preferred boat launch. 4 ramps, good parking, police frequent the lot, and the bathroom is normally clean. Must have annual pass to park here.

4 ramps! Make sure you purchase a pass before you go if you plan to park. Purchase online or at a park that has staff. This one not staffed but they will ticket you if no pass.

This is a part of Laurel Ridge Trail. I always enjoy the hiking thisctrail.

Great place to visit and live if you like being near the lake.

I love this place its a great place to spend time with your family the staff were really nice and polite at the entrance its a really big place for all ages its just a great place overall it was very clean would recommend to anyone

We googled dog friendly parks and this was 1 of many that say pets allowed but you get here and NO PETS why does lake lanier hate pets??

A woodsy lake park with nice views & amenities. Beach swim area, picnic tables, grills, boat ramps, pavilion. $5 entry fee for cars. Can be crowded on weekends. Minus a for inconvenient restrooms.

I visited here for a short time due to rain but I liked what I saw.
