This was our first time doing any kind of ropes course or zip line and it was so much fun! They offered a good mix of challenges for younger or more timid kids to more advanced courses for those who wanted something harder. The practice courses were really helpful for our younger son who needed those to get his confidence up. We will definitely be back! This was a super fun thing to do with a family.

Two reviews in one...4 stars for the communication since it is rather slow when you email or leave a voicemail (at least that was my experience). In addition, upon arrival, they could be a little warmer/friendlier. Regardless, the 5 stars of the experience was for the one worker who has the best attitude, proactively helpful, fun, kind, engaging, and attentive to guests. His name was Peyton. Use him as your model for others on the team.

We took our girls and a couple of their friends this past Sunday 08/30/2020 and all I can say is that they had such a great time. They were able to explore, get their adrenaline pumping.I am super bad with names, but the manager was amazing. I had wrong the wrong set of tickets and he corrected it and refunded my card. The girl at the check in spot was super sweet and so were all of the guys that float around to help people. They were so patient with my 7 years old when she got stuck. We are definitely returning!Thank you Treetop Quest in Buford!

Awesome outing for the kids even the littlest ones. Covid conscience, organized and professional staff. Instructor did the initial lesson on how to navigate the Chickpea course and I was able to self guide and help my kids when necessary from the ground level. Some spots are a bit of a reach for shorter adults (5 or less) but staff can help. First attempt was just the right amount of challenge for the kids by the 2nd they were much more confident.

We took our kids here for my daughters birthday and they loved it! Both are 8 years old. The people who work here are EXCELLENT! They give a very thorough course and practice time before they put people out there and then if anyone has a problem on the course, they will offer help from the ground first and (especially if its a kid) they will hop on the course and sort them out. We were very impressed with the safety mechanisms - literally, no way you can fall off. They have courses that dont require a harness, a small kids course, and advanced levels for fit grown-ups and older, athletic kids.

We were not aware if this gem until a friend invited our family to join them. This is good for all ages/skill level. This is a good place to go if you like ziplines and obstacles. They have many courses for all ages. They setup is super safe. Once you clip in, you are locked into that course. The only down side is that they include the instruction time in your paid zip time. Also, if you happen to have a slow or scared individual in front of you, they will cause you to burn all your time waiting on them. Otherwise a great place. I suggest getting there when they open for the best experience.

I took my two sons, ages 10 and 12, and a friend for each boy today and all four kids had a BLAST! I especially appreciate how helpful the staff was the whole day, especially when one boy was having a hard time with an obstacle on level 4. The staff member got up there with him and encouraged him to do it, then talked him through the rest of the course even when he wasnt so sure he could finish. The staff member celebrated with my son at the end and seemed just as excited as he was that he finished the course! Everyone was super nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Typically have had great experiences here and love going! The staff today was not as helpful as usual and actually seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else besides the park. Maybe just an off day and it was hot, but I’m a little hesitant to recommend or return for a while. I’ve actually sent this place lots of business over the years via word of mouth. Today, one staffer even directed me off of a course after I had started, bc I was past my time limit of 2.5 hours- maybe new policy or more rigid rule enforcement than in the past. Fair enough, but I’ve never had this happen here. I also don’t wear a watch while zip lining, so who knew. They seemed in a hurry to close today. My family and another had paid extra for Spider Quest but were told that we hadn’t paid then told that we had. I wasted about 10 minutes getting off of a course and trying to work that out for my son.Staff and manager seemed to have organizational and communication difficulties today. Another employee questioned my decision to wear a helmet, which I understood was not required and that’s fine but also my personal choice to wear... again, they seemed to be worried about all the wrong things today. Poor experience for $174. Might try one more time or switch to Lake Lanier Canopy next time.

Awesome play place for kids and adventure seeking adults. Climb in the trees on suspension bridges and obstacles low or high in the treetops. Also a great historical perspective of Gwinnett and the surrounding areas in the museum for a peek into the past. Concessions are available and parking is abundant. The obstacle course is brilliantly constructed with all age groups in mind. Treetop Quest is open to the public from spring until fall and closed in the winter. So much fun! Challenging course but great to share with friends and kids! Wear good sneakers and be prepared for a good workout going all the way to ninja level 5. Damage still there on level 5 due to the last hurricane winds that went through in 2017 so level closed short for safety. Check to see if all levels open and operational beforehand.

Dont do it people. No refunds under ANY circumstances. If you have guests from out of the country or out of state, you could lose your money since rain checks are limited to 12 months. Dont bother with Gwinnett location. After paying, the manager shut venue down early due to some sort of fugitive in the area. Lol they offered us rainchecks so we returned a few days later and during check in a staff member advised us they were open till 6:30 today and the manager Caroline interrupted and said they may close at 4:30 if there arent anymore customers. As soon as the harnesses were on, staff told everyone to wait under the pavilion due to lightning strike within 5 miles. The weather was perfect and we waited an hour and a half which brought us to 4 pm. Staff then told us to turn in our harnesses and get a raincheck. Manager Caroline said she carries out orders from regional manager. When asked name of regional manager, Caroline rudely replied.. you can go to our website. Never again Treetop debacle. You need a different manager at the Gwinnett location.

Good for older kids but NOT for younger ones at the ages of 7 or 8. A teen staff member was busy texting while many(at least 10) kids were stuck at certain spots and did not know how to advance the course. Once trapped you cannot go forward or backwards. A whole bunch of kids were stuck for 30 minutes without help. When help came, it was brief and they quickly left again leaving the next kid waiting for help at the staffs convenience.

Finally something fun to do in Gwinnett County! Who needs a gym membership when this place is nearby?? Its a perfect work-out, and fun for anyone. My wife and I went and I had only recently discovered it. 5 minutes from the Mall of Georgia and 985, it has a great location, and nice new facility. The zip lines were a blast, high up and perfectly balanced so we werent slamming into trees or platforms or having to slow ourselves. Great safety mechanisms to make sure you and your kids are safe the entire time, along with a team of staff supervising the whole course at all times. Nick was great, it started to storm and he scurried up the zip lines backwards to make sure I and other kids on the course made it down safely. The staff will talk first-timers through it, and make you feel very comfortable. Definitely a blast and something fun to do with a group of friends. I recommend a season pass for locals, its cheaper than a gym membership overall and much more enjoyable.

Im an adrenaline junkie and this was a great discovery for me. I took my niece in 2016 and we have been hooked since. I am 35 and she was 7 then. I ended up buying season passes for myself and two 8 year old girls. It takes them a minute to get used to the self-locking harness but after a visit or two they are on their own. Cant wait for my next visit. The staff is very concerned with the safety of all involved and are quick to respond when there are any issues although most are easily self-resolved. I would recommend this for adult and children although there is a 250lb limit and age limits for the younger ones under 11.

DAY 2 - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A MEMBERSHIP.Back on Sunday at 1:30 and we hear, “SORRY we have too many birthday parties booked”. You can come back between 3:30 and 4. Thank you to the dad having the birthday party of 50 saying “my kids are all 7-8 and cant go on runs 4 and 5” which is where my 5 9 son wants to go for an hour. Treetop personnel already responded, “Sorry we really value our members but we dont have any harnesses left. The harnesses for the 7 to 8 year olds are the same size your 13 year would wear”. So much for popping in without a two week reservation to have fun for an hour………..DAY 1 - Membership has its privileges. NOT at Treetop Quest! Arrived at 4:05 and we were informed we missed the last safety walkthrough and were turned away. They were still putting harnesses on people and hadn’t even started the talk. They are open until 6:30. Two very sad boys (both members).
