I came here with my grandkids last week and it was a great experience. My first time there I was greeted by this young lady named Samantha. She was very polite, and she even discussed how the business is doing it’s part to stay COVID free. My grandkids enjoyed the food and the great hospitality by its workers. I’ll definitely be back.

Love this place. Had my grandsons birthday party here. They were great and we had our own personal assistant who helped with set up and serving. We were able to decorate the room and bring in a cake. All paper goods were provided along with pizza and juice packs. The pizza was great and both kids and adults loved it. Very clean. All play areas have attendant to help supervise kids and assist with the games.

My son and I love it here. Great place for your kids to enjoy a nice clean jump house.

Came to RockinJump today and could not have been more pleased. It’s the staff here that makes it! We have a trampoline park in Athens yet drive to Buford every time! in our visits we are always greeted with smiles and a helpful staff. They are attentive and overall very kind in what could be a very chaotic work environment. Even the kindness of the concessions worker today amazed me. We will continue to make the drive here for the customer service. 10/10 our favorite!!

First visit we were very impressed. Our daughter loved it and we would love to return. I only wish that Id thought to wear gym shorts to change into. It was a cold day before spring, yet I was sweating after 5 minutes on pants on the trampolines.

We were not really impressed by rockin jump. Yes there were a few cool trampolines and obstacles but nothing really impressive not even for the kids. The staff act like they really dont care to be there so if you need any help or you are waiting on a food order prepare to wait or just deal with problems yourself. Weve been to other local trampoline parks and so far this was our least favorite

We celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday here! We scored 50% off her party, which was a deal on its own, but the staff were all so helpful & friendly. The kids had a fantastic time & we couldn’t have had an easier party. I believe our host name was Destiny and she took care of everything we needed. I would highly suggest Rockin’ Jump for a birthday party or just a fun day out!

Brought my kid here. He is under 6 so wasnt much for him to do. Luckily other kids were there. Still think its a cool place. We live 45mins away so I wanted to check it out. We have one near us thats actually better. But anything for the kids is good with me. Grade: B+

We had a blast. Everyone was helpful. Boys really liked the rock climbing. My 5yr old was up and down that thing like a yo-yo! LolSnack shop guys/gals we friendly and patient. I really could have stayed longer it was so enjoyable. With four boys, this one is our favorite jump place️️

Went here Monday with my grandkids and my daughters . It was okay then next thing you know a group of possibly 80 people come in from big buses . The place was already busy with atleast 40 people . This was a risk to us and the people that work there . My grands couldn’t jump because there were adult men in purple shirts taking up space. Unacceptable. There should be a capacity limit in such times(Covid-19) for everyone’s safety. I’m dissatisfied. Lost a new customer.

Great place! I absolutely love coming here.The courts could use more staff watching them but the staff that was there at the time was amazing. However, one person that stood out the most was Stephanie, she was the one helping me in the cafe. She was super nice. My experience here was amazing, would definitely recommend!

Our family loves this place!!! Our boys get their energy out. We bought an annual membership... While our boys play, my husband and I have a date upstairs, overlooking the facility but able to chat uninterrupted. I would have given it a full 5 stars, except the tables in the cafe need to be wiped off more often than they are.

The facility is great but food is horrible!

Always clean and fun. Especially, Friday nights with DJ and dance lights. They have new membership pricing thats super affordable.

I never had so bad experience in my life I dont want to say to every of the employer this place but but there is a two employees its very disrespectful they discriminating disrespecting people they are so rude I wish I never didnt met with the people like them especially when you take the kids for they have a fun for for nothing they will be just make you leave the place this is worse has ever experienced I have Im not a highly not recommend if you have a small kids to go this place. Good trampoline park for children. Not so much for adults. Seemed clean in most areas of the facility. The birthday party T-Shirts given for reserved birthday parties are pretty lame.

The fact that you are strictly timed as to how long you can jump is a little frustrating, but it wasnt enough for me to lower the given star rating. We are truly looking-forward to returning. Hosted our sons 5th birthday there. A ton of fun, the employees were helpful and organize. The children had a blast. It was a stress free option for a childs birthday party.

My youth group and I went to Rockin jump, and I was somewhat disappointed in my trip. Staff was extremely friendly, but they needed more of them. On most of the trampolines there was no staff to watch the children. I watched as children bumped their heads together and doing dangerous flips. Apart from the staff, the facility was clean, bathrooms were nice, and I (teenager) had an amazing time with my youth group.

Very disappointed in the handling of a girl teenager picking up and slamming a boy because of a dodge ball game. The facility did a poor job of keeping adults and 16 year olds out of game with kids. We are frequent visitors and many witnessed the incident. The manager rubbed it off as a no big deal and probably didnt ban the girl. We no longer feel as this being a safe facility to take your kids to have fun. No one is allowed to pickup someone elses kid and slam them because of a GAME.

Everything and everyone was amazing... the staff was the best, they made my daughter experience amazing... when we arrived there were no one there and they made sure that my daughter had a blast... thank you

Great place for parties and for the kids to play! Its similar to Skyzone and most trampoline parks. It has an obstacle course, rock climbing, basketball, and a jumping pit. The food was ok but the wings could of been better, some seemed a little raw.

Friendly staff. Clean environment.

Great atmosphere. You can sit and let your child run free. They have a top balcony where you can see your kids at all times, bit still have some parent time.

The kids dont have a problem with it. They could use extra seating. To sit on metal benches is not very comfortable for at least an hour wait.

Kids had a lot of fun. It’s a nice set up. One thing which I was surprised was the registration process. Which takes little longer then You aspect. The form has too many personal details,which are mandatory. I think that is a little too much for a trampoline place. I hope it’s safe in their database. Took my two boys for neon night Saturday night which is from 8pm-10pm. Kids had a great time but I didn’t feel safe in the park. A few others were jumping with us but there were no employees to be found anywhere. It was like they left us there. Kids locked themselves out of their lockers and we couldn’t find anyone to help us. Went to the restaurant area and the front. Not a soul! A bit weird for a place this size.

WOW!! Just WOW! You can’t get better service than this place to have your kids birthday party. The staff is amazing, specially Kashmira. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Our party host, Patrice was also great. Being South Indian, we are a tough group to please but this place out did it. We will definitely be back and several friends who attended our party also want to book parties here. We will be back soon. Keep up the good work.

This is our sons favorite jump house. They do a great job of getting the party started in the main play area while setting up the celebration room.

Came here with my two little brothers. Jada helped us get situated and answered all of our questions with a lot of patience. Herself and her amazing customer service truly made the experience so much better.

Lots of fun. I did order a few pretzels, went to check on them about 10 minutes later and they hadnt started them so I got a refund. Womens bathroom was also a mess.

Clean. Organized. They even give you a fresh pair of socks with grippers on the bottom!

I have a 3 year old and have been hesitant to bring him to a trampoline park for fear of him getting trampled by the bigger kids. All the other trampoline park wed looked into were just wide open trampoline spaces with specified Toddler Time for the smaller kids. Unfortunately, these Toddler Times were all during the weekday and since I work full time, it wasnt an option for me.We went to Rockin Jump for the first time for a birthday party and not only did my son have a blast, but I felt that he was safer at this park than he wouldve been at any of the other parks wed looked at. The park is separated into many sections with ceiling high nets and they have 2 sections dedicated to the 6 and under group - 1 for general jumping and 1 for dodgeball. There is plenty of staff wandering around and watching all the jumpers and reinforcing rules for safety. There is an indoor playground with slides and giant pogo sticks and a mini rock climbing wall especially geared to the 6 and under crowd as well.In addition, theres a larger rock climbing wall, an obstacle course, basketball nets, and more for everyone to enjoy. Everything was clean and although its definitely more crowded on the weekends, its still fun with plenty of room for everyone. Weve been back 3 times in the 2 weeks since we discovered this place and have not been disappointed. The hourly price is definitely expensive ($15/hr as of 11/7/19), but the membership makes sense if you go at least once a month ($10/mth for 1hr per day of jumping). Honestly, my very active, very high energy son is done after an hour here so its been a great investment for us!Also, they do have a concession stand, plenty of seating for parents, and lockers for shoes and jackets. We havent tried the food but it looks like standard fare for these types of places. Bathrooms were clean but lacked step stools.

This location is excellent. The facility is clean the staff is so helpful. If you ever have the opportunity to be served by Azanie, you will be impressed. She is an excellent party host and has amazing customer service skills.

One thing I want to say: it smells sooo good in here!!I ve been to other jump places and they smell lile dirty feet sometimes. This is a great place to bring your kids.Tv and couches with plugs to charge your phone for the parents so they can jump all they want while I catch up with emails!

I very much appreciate the concern she showed and the time she took to personally call me. We will definitely give this location another chance.****Our family has been to this location a few times. It is clean and has a nice sitting area. The boys always have fun. However, my parents took the grandsons the other day and the boys, 6,8,10, were playing dodgeball. Grown men entered the dodgeball area, 25-35 years old and were throwing the balls as hard as possible. All boys were hit in the face and head, hard, multiple times to where the 10 year old came out with a bloody nose, crying. The employee working the area could have cared less and the older men were allowed to keep going as they were.My dad will not be bringing the boys back. For the price and the fact that there are other places to go, we will take our business elsewhere, unfortunately.

My kids and their friends had a great time here... but I find it INSANE that they charged me $50 just cause I brought in a cake for my daughter. When I called they said “no outside food, but a cake IS permitted” they never said ANYTHING about charging for it. If I would’ve know I would have not gone at all, but all my guests were already there. I was extremely upset about that.

I went on October 10th to your place at the buford location to reserve a gold package for my daughters birthday on November 2nd. Im really disappointed with the service we got. First of all when I booked my party I was told that they did not have a gift that it was offered in the website for the package but the person that was taking care of the booking told me that I will get compensated with a different type of gift. Also my daughter was suppose to get a t-shirt that was also included on the package but it did not happened. The hostess was very slow, not enthusiastic with the kids. One of the pizza was not cooked properly and the order of 30 wings came short with 24. Very disappointed with the service, and the employees. I guess its not even worth to pay for the party I think it just wouldve been better just to pay to go and jump.Pros:- clean place.- kids had fun jumping.- Clean Bathroom

The place is beautiful with great equipment.However, the staff does not adequately supervise the kids. I’m not sure if they know what to do. I’ve been to other jump places where the staff is right there with the kids making sure they follow the rules and are safe.Perhaps more training is warranted. Safety comes first!

First of all, thank you for opening in the Buford area!! Not even sure how long you guys have been open. Went there Sunday, bit pricey but the facility makes up for the cost. Great place to take your kids and enjoy the game for the adults. They have TVs!!!!

I really liked it and its a great place if you like to jump. I really did enjoyed. Sorry if spelled something wrong i dont dominate the english yet . Its a great place where you can find good people and sometimes toxic but most of them are good and the staff too they are good people but if you go and what you find is a lot of salty little child is just not your day but i did have some good time and meet some people there like the staff

Freddie and John told us after paying for 4 children and taking a birthday cake up stairs that it is an additional $50 to bring the cake beyond the front door because we hadnt paid for a birthday party. We looked on the website and requested documentation but they had none to show us. They said it was their policy from the beginning but not something they advertise. Needless to say we allowed the kids to play but didnt pay $50. Especially since John said someone paid yesterday but was thrown out because they didnt follow the unwritten rules. After further discussion with John. My sister suggested giving the kids icies to compensate and he agreed.

Hopefully if you’re thinking of having a party this review will give you some insight to what I wish I would’ve had. We have been here multiple times with no problems, so I thought having my children’s joint party here would be great. And that’s where I messed up.*long post ahead*1. I made the online reservations 3 weeks in advance, and I never got a confirmation call for the date/food items, so I called the morning of (party was at 5pm) to make sure everything was taken care of. No big deal.2. Upon arrival nothing was ready for my kids. The other parties had hosts and a bin to keep presents and shoes in- so I asked the front desk where we should put the cakes, balloons, etc. they offered to put it in the back. After about 5-7 minutes we get our wrist bands and got our first guest wrist bands. Then they find a cart for our party room. I still haven’t met the “party host” so i No big deal.3. We put our shoes and items into the bin as instructed, and headed up to jump and wait for other guest. We then see some of our guest standing around at the entrance lost- without anyone explaining what to do/ what party they are here for/etc. So I see the confusion and explain what to do- and notice my kids shoes and socks on the floor without a cart, while I hold the new guests presents. After about 10 minutes and 4 other families that are guests show up and I’m bombarded with gifts- I ask where’s our cart to a random front desk worker. They can’t find it. Then that’s when the lady- who never introduced herself- except for when I asked who she was- that she was the owner, said she took the cart but nobody knew where it was or could find it. After 10 minutes- they find our stuff, without apology and with attitude.4. At this point I’m annoyed because I’ve missed 30-35 minutes of my children’s party because I’m doing the job of a non existent “party host” and employees, and lack of communication/organization.5. Eventually it’s time to go to our “room”. I finally meet our “host” inside the room who is unbelievably kind and apologetic- just to find out she was booked for multiple parties. You mean to tell me I pay for a “host” that I don’t meet until they bring pizza and explain the situation? I then tell her I’m sorry and that my frustration is not with her- it’s management.Not one time were we apologized to.Not one time did management come to make the situation better.Not one time was the situation and miscommunication handed correctly.Not one time did I feel like my children’s birthday was important.I’m highly, highly disappointed in the $300 we spent that was supposed to be a stress free birthday for my kids. Instead I spent the entire Jump time arguing with an “owner” and doing other people’s jobs because of poor management. Don’t book a party here... take your money elsewhere.

My kids team and I visited the park on April 20th for an almost end of season party. We didnt book a traditional party, I was just going to take my daughter and her 9 friends to celebrate how well they did this year. Not sure if going on a Saturday was a good idea as they were super super busy. It was hard for me to find an area in the park where we can gather as a team and eat our cupcakes that I had brought for them. Upon asking a couple of people and being redirected a few times , I finally got to speak to Kash. She was extremely sweet and helpful. She stopped what she was doing to listen to what I needed for my team. Again, I didnt book a party but still was hoping for an area where we can gather for a few minutes. She showed me to the upstairs area where there are couches, tables and chairs. It was perfect for what we were looking for. She even offered us pitchers of drinks for the kids at a discount. ($5). 2 pitchers and 10 cupcakes later, the kids were overloaded with sugar and got to let their energy out jumping. Overall, the experience was great, just wished it wasnt so overcrowded. The amount of people that were there was the only negative point for me . We will visit again but will try to avoid a Saturday.

Took our grandkids (7&8) on a school holiday. We spent an hour there. Boys had a good time. They have trampolines, dodge ball and several other things to keep them busy. The place is clean and they have seem enough staff to keep the kids in line.

We went for a birthday party yesterday. The kids had a good time, but looking at the pricing we probably won’t be back. We spent 12 hours at Stone Mountain (and ate) for what it would cost our family to do a 2 hour jump and eat at this place. They drink and food prices are way overpriced! They should consider more budget friendly pricing.

Extremely disappointed to find out theyve gotten rid of Rockin Tots toddler time.I had taken my son several times and we loved it. I thought it was reasonably priced, clean, and I very much appreciated the fact that it was for toddlers, so I didnt have to worry about bigger kids. I took my son this morning (1/8/19), planning on this same experience, only to find out that Rockin Tots is no longer offered. I ended up paying $19 for 90 min of only him jumping vs. $15 for 120 mins of both of us jumping. The staff was not friendly. There were 7-8 staff members walking around vs. the 2 they used to have, which I understand should be an improvement, but the facility was not as clean, and it made me a little uncomfortable to have someone looming over my child when I was standing right there watching him. The final straw was the dozen older, school aged kids that were there the entire time. I understand this is not anyones fault, but again, something I didnt have to worry about during the toddler time. We will not be going back. The majority of the appealing aspects of Rockin Jump (to me) are no longer applicable, so we will be finding another trampoline park that does offer a toddler time.

We have been here a few times and we love it. It’s clean and the trampolines are kept in great condition. Food is good. They have staff walking around making sure everyone is safe. It’s a great way for my son to get some energy out and for my husband and I to get our exercise in as well.

Fun place with a variety of things to do, but beware of your timing on arrival. Weve tried 3 different times coming here, and every time, even though Ive paid for 1 or 2 hours of jump time, my kids have gotten kicked off the trampolines before our time was up. They kick people off on the hour or half hour, regardless of your actual start time. Sky Zone does a better job at this, by printing the actual start time on the sticker, so you dont get ripped off. The manager was very nice, though, and honored our jump time after we pointed this out, which I appreciate.

FIRST and LAST time!! Says a lot when the staff I did see did not look like they wanted to be there. Yes there is lots to do but not worth it. Not enough seating for parents. I saw more staff at check in standing around and they were hard to spot cause they did not have one specific uniform. I did not see staff engaging with kids. There was a ninja course and I did not see any staff.My son loves to go to SKYZONE all the time and they know him they engage with the kids. SKYZONE will get our business.

My daughters had a blast!!! This place is so much bigger & better then we expected. There are so many things for the kids to do & there is plenty of space for parents to relax while the children play (massage chairs) & food for us too. It is so clean & brand new looking, & the staff is extremely friendly. We have definitely found our new hangout, the girls cant wait to come back!!!

This hidden gem more than exceeded my expectations. It’s tucked away on Gravel Springs Extension, behind the shopping center with Tacos & Tequilas, Toys R Us, etc.Rockin’ Jump has SO MUCH for kids to do. There’s the trampolines, dodge ball, obstacle courses, rock wall, sling shot jumper, a huge play structure... the list goes on. There’s ample seating for parents, so you can sit back while still seeing what your child is up to.Unlike other facilities, the staff is attentive, professional, and caring. When my daughter collided with other kids and fell, the guy working that area was there before even me. He made sure she was okay, got her an ice pack, and sent a manager over to ensure she was safe and happy. This is an environment where accidents can happen, but they work hard to keep everyone safe and having fun.The facility is really clean and well-lit. The cafe area offers a variety of options. It’s reasonably affordable for what you get from the experience, and they’re generous with Groupon and other saving options.We came for a birthday party, and everyone had a terrific time. Now that we know Rockin’ Jump is there, well definitely be back soon!

It was busy and a little on the expensive end even with Groupon passes. After saying that it was clean and they had a lot of staff to help contain the free range children. Most of the trampoline parks and indoor playgrounds in the area are suffering from a lack of staff and maintenance issues. The equipment looked to be in good shape. The most important thing is that the kids had fun.

Very fun family friendly place. It is a little expensive and you have to wear their socks, those are the only drawbacks. They have some snack foods and sodas. Trampolines, basketball, rock climbing, and more. Good for ages 3-adult.
