This is a great place to go to and learn about rum. The tour is short and very helpful as it goes through the history of the company and how to make rum. The tasting at the end of the tour is exceptional. I was able to try 5 different expressions of their rum and it was excellent. I can not say enough good things about them.

I had a really good experience here chatting it up the staff. Learned something about rum distilling. Ending up buying a 6 year old 100 proof bottle for $120. Pairs well with ice only.

Had a great time here!Came early before our tour and tried their Painkiller slushie which was delicious and perfectly balanced to let the rum show itself off. The tour itself was informative and a great peek into rum distillation and how they do things, and our guide answered all the questions we had and was fun to talk to.The flight was a great look into their rums and we definitely found more than few that we enjoyed especially the Classic which was used in the Painkiller. LOVED the collab rums!Cant think of a single reason not to come by. We had a blast and will definitely be coming back again as well as searching our local stores for their stuff.

We stopped by on our road trip hoping to enjoy a local rum. We took the “tour” after the tour you’re offered a $10 slushy or a $25 “tasting” of the different rums...which I wasn’t really interested in. They charge $5 to sample the one rum I was interested in. Not a good way to try and sell a product in my opinion, give me a free sample and I’d be much more inclined to make a purchase. This place seems like they were all about making some cash and not establishing a long term customer. They couldn’t even spare a free sticker for me to advertise for them...

The best visit ever, we did the visit with the owner. I am from France and i am very picky about distillery.The owner was very nice and professionel, we had a very nice experience about the tour. All rhum are excellente. The store inside is astonishing. I strongly recommended to visit it and buy rhum there

Excellent tour with JJ explaining the process and tasting the handcrafted rum. Delicious stuff. Great space with upstairs bar in quaint downtown. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here just last week. The rum tasting was delicious and comprehensive. The lady who was helping us was very nice and helpful. Ended up walking away with a bottle of rum and a delicious cocktail. Will definitely try to go back whenever I get the chance.

Some of the best rum ever made! Awesome staff will explain the process of creation. They grow their own Sugar Cane the rum is made from and take special care in the filtering process. You cant get any better rum to sip over the rocks!

Visiting from out of town and went to stop by Richland Rum during my visit. Was very pleased with the knowledge and enthusiasm Brenda had. You can see true passion in her eyes while sharing her knowledge of Richland Rum. She is so bubbly and upbeat she brought so much energy to our visit. I can’t wait to come back. Everyone needs to know how amazing Brenda and Richland Rum is. There is no other Rum better than this!

That is definitively a must see place in Brunswick! A small Rum distillery from Georgia, using Georgia grown Cane sugar, to produce a really fine spirit!We went there with a group of 6, and we all enjoyed it. Especially the short tour of the distillery is really worthwhile! And of course, tasting the different Rums was also a really good experience!They do some really creative and interesting stuff at Richland, like swapping barrels and refilling beer barrels with Rum. Really interesting!If you have a chance, come and visit them!

What a hidden gem! We did a paid tour that came with a tasting and our tour guide Brenda was incredible sweet. I learned a lot about how rum is made, got to taste the different kinds - which represent the different points in bottling. Amazing experience and we will definitely be back!

Ive been here twice (Brunswick), the place is pricey but my first experience was pleasant. Second experience, there were four of us so $100 for the four tastings and tours and they would not let us use the restroom because of the “COVID-19 restrictions”. We were able to use a restaurant bathroom a block away though?! Bottom line, if you are going to open and charge a premium for a little tour and the equivalent of about a shot of rum, you need to also have a restroom available. The tall guy working was very unapologetic as well which made our decision to just leave an easy one. Ill never go back to this place again.

Ok OK! Now pay attention people! My Wife (sandy) and I had the privilege of doing a tour of the distillery today. Brenda was our tour guide and explained the process from the field to the bottle of how GREAT RUM (in my opinion) is made. Not only did Brenda answer all my questions (which I am full of) but when when we went to the distillery room the master distiller (Robbie) came up to the observation deck to greet us. We had a wonderful deep conversation of the process and how each type of rum was made. There is not added flavors (chemical) or sugars added. It is pure and from the goodness of sugarcane. Robbie is so passionate in his craft. Then we were treated to tasting 5 wonderful rums all which tasted and smelled exactly like Brenda said they would taste. They taught us the correct way to sample rum and what a difference. We will be ordering our good rum from Richland Rum from now on. If your in the area dont miss the chance of a lifetime to stop in and visit.

We had a tour with Theo. He was very thorough and we could tell he loves his job and rum! Great time and learned a lot about the rum distillation process.

My husband and I went on the distillery tour, and it was great! All of the rums taste exceptional, and it was a great addition to our holiday vacation.

I ordered my first bottle of Richland Rum online and I was extremely pleased and now have a new favorite rum. Drove up to Brunswick from Cocoa Beach, Florida with the sole purpose of visiting the distillery and purchasing more rum. Truly enjoyed interfacing with Theodore he was friendy, outgoing and a pleasure to talk to. Hope to visit the distillery in Richland on my next trip up that way. We had a great time today doing the tour and tastings. Theodore was an excellent host. We arrived early for our appointment but he took us right on in. It was very informative and we learned a lot about the entire farm to bottle process. The tastings were fabulous and it made for a hard decision on which to buy. Would definitely recommend this place. Plenty of free parking right outside the front door!

I strongly recommend if you are in town to stop in and check this place out. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, the rum is smooth and the building is clean. Love checking out the local sights and this place just adds to the flavor on Brunswick GA.

Wow, dropped by on a whim driving through town. Great time with Theodore’s tour of the distillery. Enjoyed the taste test. Had the best rum of my life. Coming from a Scotch lover .Worth a trip to Brunswick just for this!

I just received my bottle of some port cask exchange. OMG, this stuff is awesome! If you didnt know it was rum you might think it was a good wheated Bourbon. Im a fan.

Stopped in for a tour and tasting! Brenda was very knowledgable and was an amazing tour host. We got to learn about the history and how rum is made. Ending with a tasting upstairs (dont worry the pours are minimal so you wont be plastered by the end) you can purchase a bottle or merch here in the lobby. Highly reccomend taking the tour, check Groupon if there is a deal as well too!

Rum is good but you will pay $25 dollars for a tasting of a flight of 4 rums. That is a lot of money for a dropper size taste. The flight board shows five but they would not offer the other rum anymore because they went thru too many bottles with a free event. Anyway, the pour for the flight is barely enough to coat your tongue.Compared to other distilleries and free tastings, we were very disappointed. We also ordered a cocktail that was so ridiculously small for $7.99. We could have got drunk at a local bar for what we paid in total. You would think that for a town making a comeback, that they would rather have more visitors and sell more bottles if they were more reasonable.I prefer St. Augustine Rum better and its less expensive for a quality rum

This place is truly a hidden gem. It was a great experience, the rum was delicious and the young man that conducted the tour was exceptional. We came in on a Tuesday morning/afternoon and he provided a wonderful tour and was extremely knowledgeable. I recommend visiting this business.

My wife and I took the tour. The owner personally took the time to show us the entire process at their Richland GA location. What a great guy who was excited to show us around, explain the operation, and aswera questions. Super friendly and informative with no pressure to get done quickly or buy anything. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience so much that we purchased their most expensive bottle, not for the fantastic product, but for the service and caring displayed by everyone! They do it right! PS product was worth every penny, but the experience is the prize.

Not worth the money at all. Terrible amount of rum that you get in a $25 “tasting”. Just go to Tipsy’s next door instead.
