If I could give it zero stars I would. You seriously need to work on your customer service I walked in simply to get an application and ask what all I would need to bring back and the woman was extremely rude after making me wait for 15 minutes while they sit back there talking about their personal lives. I believe her name was Cathy. I’ll be glad to go to another mobile home park to purchase a home

Cindy was very rude. Unfortunately negative things happen to good people. I was very vocal about my situation. To only be ridiculed, lectured and hung up on. You treat people the way you want to be treated. I am very aware of my circumstances. Its very unprofessional to mock someone when they are going through something. Not a nice place to call home if the management starts things off negatively

During these times the people in the office don’t even consider bringing down bills or understanding instead they raise water prices along with other bills every time you try and talk to them they put excuses instead of admitting that what they are doing is wrong apart from that they are racist it’s absolutely disgusting they have no hearts I hope karma gets back to them

Pretty sure Hilltops owner is just a slum lord. They implement rules and regulations for their residents but never follow their own rules. Theyre always getting fined by the City for either water being shut off at least 2 times a week in the warmer months or for not following city ordinances. Lot rent increases yearly. They cant even get the lot rent bill to the residents in a timely manner. Every other month you have to contact the office and ask them what the lot rent is (they include the water, sewer, and garbage pick up in it). Too bad theres nothing in the lease that says if you dont get a bill you dont have to pay. We would save about 5 months worth in rent. Years ago, this may have been a great park. With the current owner, its just a slum situation. Shes hard nosed and has absolutely no compassion or empathy. I can only hope karma comes around to bite her back for her lack of humanity.

Highly recommend if purchasing a mobile home from here pay for inspection . Dishonesty is practiced by office staff !

I love living in hilltop

Place is a joke the idiots in there wouldnt know their heads from their asses minus the girl at the desk she tried to make things right. I was suppose to move into my trailer Dec 22,2017 and the place was suppose to be cleaned and what repairs were suppose to be made werent made. I put a down payment on the 1st of December and they had 21 days to repair and clean and nothing got done they gave nothing but excuses rather than taking responsibility for their failure to follow through. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone

Ive been living in Hilltop Mobile Homes Park for 17 years now, nice little community. Thumbs up Hilltop!!

Seems like this place went to hell people do whatever they want to do dogs barking all the time people dont watch their young kids been out here for 20 years and I hate it here now!!!

I am very happy to have made this park my home. The management and staff are very accommodating and have gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable in my home.

Management sucks

Water is off all the time. In fact it has been off all day today 8/30/16. Poor management. Lot rent is increased each year @ $5 a month, $60/yr. Park is not very well taken care of.
