Clean place and managed very well. Manager helps keep the homeless out of the park so our kids can play safely. Management is helpful and always available if I have questions. The rules are clear and simple. I follow them and have never had a problem. The best place in the area.

Its more expensive than anything other park I have been to and they cant even put valve on the pipe for the water, theres moles everywhere making holes on the grass, and the spaces for the trailers arent even flat and have a bunch of holes.so frustrating I didnt even get a laundry room key

The only reason I will drive into this park is that I have a friend who lives there. Its clean enough on the serfice but for some reason the outside cats disappear! Not sure why. I was staying with my friend for about a week when I was between places to live and the manager told me I couldnt be there. Said there were no guests allowd. That was a few years ago so I hope things have changed. As long as the space rent is paid up I dont understand why a person couldnt visit short term.

Its a quiet, well maintained park with a parking lot for guests.

It is a good family place

This is being ran by someone who is very rude to the people that live there, and there visitors she yells at people calls them names. Not a very nice person...
