Very nice place to live

Need to lower prices

Its a wonderful place to live in but I wish there was security guards at night or someone to drive around at night theres been alot of stealing going on my grandmothers van got recently stolen and my mothers expensive bike got stolen theres sketchy activity going on

The asphalt has just been re done, makes the place look a lot nicer

Nice place but little parking

This place ok as the homes look nice and some of those homeowners have put quite a bit of effort into there decorations which looks nice. The security of this place is very low and all most seems non-existent.

Childhood memories. . . Lived there til it was time to leave the nest. . . Good times. . .

One might imagine that this place would lend itself nicely to the set of a zombie Apocalypse movie.

My friends live here and the place is super calm and frendly. Awesome place to live.

My grandmother has been living here for over 20 years. Its always been a nice clean mobile home park.

Appears like a comfortable living community

The owner lives in Arizona you never see him the manager Glen Hust is an old biker dude and his wife JayJay Hust is a registered child molester on Megans law. Constantly shutting off water randomly due to maintenance or power as well at some times days at a time due to power pole down . Pool is closed all year long except memorial day to labor day and always has it closed due to people vandalizing things. There is a huge bug problem in the complex roaches, bed bugs, african bees made a nest in my neighbors tree. The management dont live on site they live in Lake Arrowhead because her Megans law against her at a family park. Worst place to EVER live!

Grew up there most of my life

I love it because I have leaved here all my childhood and I still do. They have a swimming pool and it is so much better than buying one. They also have an area were to make partys. I love itplease give lots of likes!

Honestly I just went in to pick up some goods from a friend and it looked way too cramped for my style. The people are okay but theres just no space to get around n dont forget to check out the directory first before you go in or else you might get lost.

Lived here like 16 years and now that I dont have a job to pay my rent on time the manager is throwing me under the Bus

Ive lived here for more than 10 years Ive had no issues and all my neighbors speak English

My Girlfriend stays here.
