Just visited so cant say a lot.Seems pretty clean and descent people , feel safe there. Nothing bad to say about it. Has a small Park right across the road.. playground, garden , walking trail.

The managers ate nice and seem to understand pets are like family so their lives are important too. Its probably the best mobile home park in Monroe county cost wise. All seem like friendly down home folks. HOWEVER, I usually pay lot/water/sewer on the first of each month to when supposed to really. But I date it tne third to when get disability deposited. Theyve cashed my checks twice now as soon as got it. Though I left a voicemail once on the matterto was overdrawn. Are to have til the fifth of month totally.Ive never had this problem with other landlords. All I can figure is they want the money bad right away for some reason. I dont know how the bank is allowing them to cash it when dated the third either. Guess start paying on the third. I better not get the ridiculous late fee.

They are horrible Ive been paying them every month and now they are trying to say they havent been paid. Ive given them money orders so. If they want they can try but its Illegal to kick someone out when they do nothing wrong and pay every month

Owners seen to run on their own schedule which makes planning on moving here quite a pain in the backside. especially if you work a regular 9-5. not to mention, if guests end up staying longer than expected, the office demands to know whos living with you.

My husbands grandmother lives here n its super quite she has awesome neighbors that help keep an eye on her when were not around.

The smell of poor people not that their poor, however it looks kinda trashy not to mention they took the pool out.

This place had gone down hill fast! It used to be a great community to live & raise your family. But, now theres sketchy people at all hours roaming around doing sketchy things.

It sure has changed over the years some good most bad however to the ones running this place now couldnt ask for better people they are kind and keep to themselves and I really appreciate them very much after 11 years for some really really really good people in here

Trash disposal is terrible. They dont pick up on a regular basis And it stinks.

I went to go pay my lot rent at 3:50pm on my way out of town no one was at the office this happens a lot here and it states they are open til 5 called left a message and still have not got a call back now Im going to have to pay a late charge fee because no one was there for my payment I dont drop my payment off in the mail slot because last time I did that they tried to say they didnt get a payment and had to prove to them I did lay the amount

Grounds were kept up and they did have enough guest parking.

Roads are in need of repair, trash area smell horrible and pool is never open.
