Its a very clean and nice looking mobile home park. Everyone Ive ran into there seems to be polite and nice to speak with.

They seriously dont know how to even follow their own rules!! No big dogs?? Lmao!! Sure kept them at the office and back at her trailer. Oh and make sure you cut your grass every other day. Unless you wanna get fined. They fine you for everything!! Just dont live there and you will be fine.

Homes are situated nicely. Clean place

Speed bumps are excessive and mostly unnecessary. Trailers are old and the management isnt always understanding.

Do not recommend. Lot rent is too expensive and they do nothing for what they charge. You are responsible for water, sewer, trash, property taxes, mowing your own lawn, shoveling snow from driveway, and if you have a drain in front of your lot and don’t clean it off from the random debris that you have no control over, they’ll come throw it in your yard. The office staff are awful and rude. They love charging fees for every possible thing regardless of whether or not they made the mistake. The staff are bullies and make it an impossible place to live. The place is a dump and continues to get worse.

Pretty clean mobile and trailer home community

Ive been through this mobile home park a couple of times and I have to say, its a pretty nice area. Ive been in the community center/building for a couple of birthday parties and its always been very clean.

Went to a graduation party it was great everyone had a good time

Addresses arent in the correct order and the street names do not match gps. Very confusing to findthecorrect address in this park sometimes.

Visited a friend here. Really need to paint speed bumps! Cant see them and they really jar the vehicle very badly.

Love their event rental space.

I give them no stars. I was treated so badly at the hands of the office staff that I dont feel safe there, I feel like they would try to cause problems for me. My bank payment using bill pay didnt reach the office, I worked and worked on getting proof that it was sent, and they still fined me and gave me an eviction notice. The staff said they did not like me personally and would do nothing to help me in any way. Now I am stuck at an awful park and now, for my own safety, have to find somewhere else to live. DO NOT go to this park.Just found out that when I asked for the 1 time a year waiver of the late fee, they refused it based on the fact that they didnt like me. Please beware of this place, they are very dangerous. They are working in a very discriminatory way, if you are someone that is not to their liking, be it skin, gender identity.....anything, they WILL discriminate against you. I am surprised that no one has placed a law suit against them.

Nice mobile home park. Lot rent is expensive and I owned a trailer had it basically sold to heatherwood but got done wrong. I was asking $6000. for mine and they bought it from the home center which ripped me off too. Now my old trailer was sold to a young couple in heatherwood for $19,000 its a late 70s model thats major rip off. New Rules are quite ridiculous but sometimes its for the best.

Have to pay for water, trash, lot rent, taxes on land or mobile home not too sure, and mobile home payment. If you get behind there are fees of all kinds. Make sure you have the money or you will be evicted in 3 days no payment of any owned to the office. Lastly they will intentionally messing up in your home and outside so that maintenance cab charge you to fix any repairs.
