I have friends who live there and you can see the difference in the overall quality of the court and the improvements. New playground.

This community is dangerous and isnt good for the community.

We got ripped off I dont know what kind of mess they got going on with the water bill but they added on to your rent you never see the water bill. And a lot of other stuff but I will not say one person in management its really nice though even though I got the runaround

Its a very nice and clean trailer park and I can safely walk my dog around

You can take the park out of the trailer but you cant take the Texas out of the shower.

Slot of older mobile homes that need attention

Cardinal Ridge employees are rude and non caring individuals... How are you going to evict a couple that have lived and created the beauty of there home for 26 years !!!!!! You have. so many Trashy People that discard the wordClean let their kids run disrespect others and so on. This trailor court is gone down hill and i wouldnt recommend living here to anyone!!!!!!

The mobile homes are nice but built very cheaply. Every month they find something to add on to your rent. When something does break it takes months for them to fix. When they finally do come the half a.. fix it. They pay the maintenance man to drive around all day instead of fixing things. They put you by awful mobile home owners. The monthly inspections are ridiculous. Twice a year is plenty. My husband works late nights and he was still sleeping during one of their inspections. So they wanted me to pull the blankets over his head so they could inïspect the master bedroom and bathroom. I am locked in a 2 year lease, oh I am out of this conning company. Watch out if you move in you will get fined for the littlest thing. Not Kiddiing! Also watch management they will lie straight to your face and not blink an eye. Oh, when you sign the lease be ready to get a hand cramp because the lease is over 100 pages long. They also dont list everything in the listing on their website. Just want to let you know what is really going on here. They have gotten rid of all the abandon mobile homes. Oh make sure you lock your cars. Dont leave your running it will get stolen. Make sure you clearn everything really good because they look at every book cranny. You get graded and even though we keep getting As they always find something to complain about. So good luck if your to move here.
