I actually bought and owned a trailer here , and lived here for 7 years! I struggled because I was on my own with the going back and forth to court and all the fees . I still raved about how much I liked the trailer court! what I do not like is the shadiness comming from the people that run the lil office. now that ive been putting them on my references as I apartment search they are telling potential renters that I have an eviction in which I never had. I am pretty sure they cannot do this !

I would like to have something nice to say when I first met the ladies that run the trailer court they were very polite I went there for a job interview and I work one day they paid me cash then they said they had to wait for a background check so I waited about a week just to have them call me and tell me they couldnt hire me because I had a felony from 25 yrs ago but at the same time they did not ask that on the application so for the one day I worked I ended up shoveling human feces and filling up a large trash can taking it out to the roadside tearing down a big monster shed so they got their use out of me and then they didnt hire me. This job is not worth $14 an hour to begin with, I was very shocked that they were being very discriminative towards me I sold pot and bought a stolen 3 wheeler when I was 16 I am 43 and have a family of 6 Ive not done nothing wrong in over 20 plus yrs. I was disappointed in the way Tina talk with me as I thought she was polite and fair she said I did not mention I was ever locked up as a kid they didnt ask on the application! What I did at 16 has nothing to do with me now. And if you really want to know they did not tell me I would be working in a sewage treatment facility at 14 an hour shoveling human feces maybe they should put that in their application as people come in for job interviews once people realize what they will be doing for 14 an hour more than likely they will not stay long. I do know in the one day that I was there I had seen several tenants and theyre complaining about the trailer court saying that they were going to move out that it was not worth living there for the price I was not there long enough to catch the full conversation for all I know it could have just been bad tenants or it could have to do with the fact that they have their own sewage treatment plant and they might have to charge more living expenses all in all I would not suggest moving out there nor going there for a jobif you do go there for a job I would ask for nothing less than $16 an hour because you will be working in a sewage treatment plant where you actually be touching the sewage waterto get the pH balance as well as shoveling human feces into trash cans and taking it to the curb!

Ive lived here for a few years and it keeps getting worse. New managers use a revolving door and pick and choose who has to follow what rules. It is not a kid friendly park unless your kids are not seen, spend no time outside or dont enjoy being able to ride bikes or have toys in visible areas of the yard. You pay lot rent to live here but cant have any visibility of someone living in the home. My neighbors grass is an inch and a half taller (Yes i measured and took pictures)then mine but untouched yet theyre charging me 50 dollars after not mowing with less than a24 hour notice. I work 6 days a week and woke up to them on my ONLY day off in my yard, that i pay to rent from them mowing and again only enforcing the rules for SOME of the residents they claim to love so much.

Pretty good place to live. Ive lived here for over ten years. Safe--only minor crime incidents & rare. Prices are pretty much the same rate as other rentals in town. Its only bad living here when different managers or maintenance workers are here. Currently, Vickie & Dino are awesome!

Lived here so far 12 years of my 17 year life its a good place but needs better management and upkeep is horrible and lengthy its a good place to live if you have lowish income. Lots of my friends have moved to other places so It could use more things to do rn the things to do are swing, play bball, play soccer without goals and walk around the neighborhood.
