My family love river walk park my husband and I walk there 6 days a week and were comfortable taking our son and church family there its a wonderful place

So much character in this park including the river bed

I usually zip by there on the bike path. It runs behind River Oaks Park. So it is reachable by the path. There are a few good eaterys, burgers and pizza.

I love to walk around the park it is very easy to get to cause I live near it.

In middle of neighborhood. Wasnt as private as perceived

Good place for a walk or bike ride adults or kids, shops to shop waters, ya ice cream as well. Cool breezes plenty of shade. Venders

Beautiful this time of year. Lots of birds of all kinds, frogs, crickets, and butterflys. The river sounds very alive! A must to watch the sunset, fishing, picnics or just walking your dogs.

A nice park on near the Kern River, in between Stockdale Bridge and Allen Road Bridge. It has a childrens play area to the South West, a sidewalk course for walking and of course the bike/running path and some dirt trails along Kern River. Water is available at this park at several locations.

Very nice park has a bike path busy during the day .

I go for peacful walks and love to pray on that path . i saw a cross made by two airplanes very beutiful halalujah. God bless u all stay in prayer and take your cross every day a follow Jeshua.

Nice but got to find room

Its a very nice park close to a lot of residents. The bike path nearby means that there is easy access to Riverwalk Park, and if you please, the Truxton offices further down. The generally quiet environment lets you sit down and relax for long periods of time without worrying about anybody bothering you. However, its proximity to a lot of roads means that the sound of motorists whirring by is always there.

Love taking the dogs out here.

Nostalgic place only problem is the dead chickens that were found beheaded why people?

Very pretty there but, around dusk the mosquitos are insane!! That makes my visiting very uncomfortable.

Nice walking path. Next to river.

Super nice place to go and take in the scenery of the Kern river, beautiful skies and definitely cant forget the sunsets. Get up and go outside yall!!

No bathrooms. Some lights. Not crowded.

Its only crowded if there is an event there or if theres a big update on Pokemon Go
