Great place. Fun, family friendly and give you something different to do on the weekends.

Great for the price. I went here today to do one of their rooms and after solving it,with time to spare, my group and I decided to do another one. We ended up passing the next with room less then a minute to spare. Now yes their are escape rooms with more money and newer equipment however it seems like the people here make the most with what they have and do interesting things to make the experience great and memorable. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to try an escape room in Bakersfield.

These guys were super friendly, the puzzles were complex enough to eat time, and the rooms themselves had enough scatter to keep some of us very occupied! Our group had a blast, and we definitely intend to return!

Very fun experience. Staff we had made the whole experience immersive and soo worth the price!!! The set up itself was cute, fitting, and all around on point for the theme of our room (bayou mystery). Room was small but the staff make up for it. Would recommend for a fun trip with friends or family

Good environment, but wouldve liked a few more puzzles. Less than 5 puzzles and few were satisfying to solve.

All the detail in The Bootlegger was awesome. They use furniture and other peices they find at antique stores and such. We got a sneak peek of Under The Sea and it looked super cool! We would definitely go back.

My daughter and I (shes 10) drove from Kingsburg to visit Real Escape and Im glad we did! We had such a great time! Eric was hilarious and did a great job making us feel like we were apart of the game. Highly recommend this spot! We cant wait to receive our badges! Great job designing Wonderland. We will be back!

I liked it. It was my first escape room and we got out in the nick of time. Probably not the most upscale escape room. Worth the price with the Groupon. Still had lots of fun with friends trying to get out. Fun, funny and sarcastic staff to greet you. Lots of puzzles to help warm you up before going in for your real escape.

This place was so much fun! I went with a group of friends for the first time and it was great. We are going to go back to do another room in a couple weeks. Worth the price.

The puzzles within the rooms were challenging but solvable. The props looked great and were totally immersive. The staff on hand were really friendly. All and all the whole experience was great. Each room was better than the last.

Very enjoyable! The hosts are charismatic, hilarious, and kind. The 60 minutes felt like 20!

The only complaint is that it was a little hot. There was an a/c unit and fan in the room but it was still a little warm for my liking. If it were cooler, 5 stars would have been given.Other than that, I had alot of fun. I was with a group of 5 adults and 1 10 year old. We completed Under the Sea in about 30 minutes. They allow one free hint if you get stuck and then the 2nd hint costs 5 minutes. We used only the free hint and then were able to get out. Definately will return, just to a harder room! We used groupon and paid $15/person.

Creative way to spend an hour. Thoroughly enjoyed this.

Fun puzzles though Im not a fan of directional locks.

This was my second escape room. First off, the room was very dimly lit so got annoying after a little squinting at everything. Props and build of room is low quality. Nothing of interest at all is present. Clues are not in logical order, and none of them are interesting. Boring experience. Waste of money. This was the Under the Sea room on May 6, 2017.
