Wow! We went on the ghost tour last night and if I could sum it up in one word, it would be AWESOME! Jim, our guide, was so knowledgeable and fun. There was a new guide in training along (Mabel? Maybe) and she was great at telling stories. I highly recommend taking this tour, you wont regret it. Im definitely going to take the Murder tour around Halloween, and I cant wait. Excellent staff, excellent stories!

Jim was a great tour guide and excellent story teller! We learned a ton about the city’s history and places to visit when they open back up. He knew every detail, date, and different theories to each spooky incident that will give you chills!Trust me, book the tour it’s worth every penny! We will be signing up for his morning tour, murder tour, and halloween tour in the near future! (He has some spooOoOooOoky things in store for his 2020 halloween tour I can’t wait!)

Honestly one of the best ghost tours as I’ve been on. Wonderful stories about the death and mayhem of the ghosts that haunt the various places. A great sight seeing experience as well! (Make sure to bring your walking shoes) We just had a great time and, it was a great way to learn some history about the city. I highly recommend and it’s worth the money and time.

The ghost tour was so fun and interesting! I’ve lived here for 10 years and never knew about this stuff! It’s great to get to know my city better! And Jim was really cool and did a great job!

Covid-19 didnt allow us to go inside of all the buildings that were on the tour, also there was a protest while we were on the tour and it was very dangerous. If it wasnt for covid-19 and the protest that was going on I would have given it a be review because the tour guide was good and had some interesting facts.

We went on a ghost tour with Timmy, who was an excellent guide and told some very interesting stories. Very fun! I lived in Austin for years and everything he told us was new information to me. If you like history or want to know more about the awesome buildings in Austins oldest downtown districts, I highly recommend!

We booked a morning walking tour of Austin and then ended up booking a ghost tour for the same night! Jim and Mabel were awesome! They were both very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Austin and Texas. If youre looking at booking a tour, definitely book Walking Tours of Austin!

Jim was an amazing tour guide!! He was so knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very genuine!! My girlfriend and I could tell he is very passionate about the ghost tour and we will drive back from Houston for the tour again with our son’s!! During Jim’s presentation a homeless lady tried to jump in on the tour and was somewhat intrusive, but Jim was so kind and professional when he excused her without missing a beat!! His story was so real the lady walked away scared!! We definitely recommend this for anyone and we can’t wait to see it again!! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!

My children17, 10 and 12 went on the Ghost Walk with Jim. My kids loved it and I got chills several times listening to the stories of Austin ghosts. We took the Murder Walk tour tonight with Jim. He was fantastic with the details. My teen daughters really enjoyed the tour, as did I. We will definitely return to take the other tours that our offered. Jim was accommodating and quick to return our message. It’s a great way to see the city of Austin as well. My daughter-in-law took the morning walking tour this past weekend and it was the best tour that I have had in quite awhile. We just went on the Morning Walk Austin with Jim Miles. What a treat! This was by far one of the best things we did in Austin. Jims take on Austin history is unique and captivating. We came away feeling like we had truly experienced part of the rich history of Texas and learned a lot about how important Austin was in the development of the west. I took this tour last night with some friends that were visiting and we all loved it. Jim has great energy and is an excellent storyteller/historian. His knowledge and passion for the stories he told was infectious. Definitely recommend taking his tour!!

If youre into history, ghost stories and serial killers, then definitely book this tour. Good length and pacing, the guides were very personable and great storytellers who really brought the history and lore of the city to life. You get a good basic overview of downtown Austin as well if youre a visitor. If youre looking for ghost hunting where you actually go in to investigate and try to get EVPs or things like that, or if youre expecting people to jump out and try to scare you like a haunted house, this is probably not the tour for you. But if you want to hear some great ghost lore about the city from people who are passionate about history, then I highly recommend! My wife and I had a great time!
