Seating was a bit tight, but the theater is beautiful (the actual hall and the surrounding rooms). If you are tall, make sure you get there early to get a seat on the sides or front row. The play we saw was great. Friendly staff.

LOVE the plays for the kiddos. I take my daughter to almost everyone. Theres carpeted floor seating in front of the stage making it a very kid friendly place to escape the heat and get the wiggles out!

Turner Hall, home of the Scottish Rite Theatre, is an great operational modern theater in a beautiful building put up in 1871. Weve attended several shows with the kiddos here, most recently Pancho Rabbit and the Coyote. There is something magical about seeing a kids theatrical show in such a beautiful, historic venue. Once, we called ahead and was able to get a short tour of the building and its older features from its days as an Opera house.
