Very fun hiking trip. Trails are wet since its so close to the river. If youre planning to hike, I would recommend some comfortable hiking sandals so your feet dont stay wet for too long. Definitely a good time. There are also plenty of places to take a dip in the water for those hot summer days.

This place used to be beautiful, now it is full of garbage and homeless people. There is garbage everywhere in this park, on all the trails, off the trails, and in the water. Its very sad, used to be a great little swimming hole in the heart of west Austin. A sad reminder of how things have changed.

Great place to enjoy nature in the city. There are pretty waterfalls, hiking trails, and shallow areas for your dog to splash around. Keep in mind, this is not an off-leash park.

Im sure its a beautiful trail, but I just want to warn everyone in advance that this part of the park does not allow dogs at all, not even on leashes.

I really enjoy hiking here. The trail is well marked and the gain in elevation as well as the winding nature of the path is rewarding.
