Absolutely gorgeous park! Great and perfect for launching your kayak/paddle board into Ladybird Lake, getting your step count in by jogging, walking or biking; right in the heart of Austin! If you time it right and on your kayak or paddle board youre able to catch the sunset and bats heading out from under the bridge. Only issue is that there arent any lights to keep the trail lit after sunset or when dark starts to creep in besides that highly recommend it. Happy trails

LOVE MY PARK...FIESTA GARDENS AKA CHICANO PARK. GREW UP THERE WITH MANY FESTIVALS, CONCERTS, CAR SHOWS AND HUNG AROUND WITH THE HOMIES. TOOK MY CHILDREN THERE GROWING UP TOO OF COURSE IT HAS CHANGED AND THE NAME HAS TOO. THE CITY SLOWLY GONNA CHANGE IT ALL THOUGH. STILL A GREAT PARK.

Park was nice, very clean, equipment was all in good shape and there was a portion by the restroom taped off, there were people painting a mural on the wall next to the restrooms, which gave it a beautiful, personal touch!

This is nice place to visit on week ends for workouts. I have visited this place with my wife and little kid for walking. We have walked 2 miles and came back. The lake water is pure and good. several people are busy in their workouts, jogging and cycling. Just with in 1 mile you can find Mc donald where we enjoyed hot coffee while we return from this park. Took some Nice photos.

Beautiful scenic views!!!Me and the hubby and one of our fur babies walked the trail starting from the Oracle building and we parked on the street which was FREE. We walked about 2 miles on the trail. We did not see any restrooms, trash bins or water fountains around. However, we did see plenty of benches. We did feel that there were a lot of bicyclists and then the sidewalks had lots of people on scooters. It would be nice to have 2 trails, one for pedestrians and one for bicycles. Other then that, its a beautiful place to visit and plenty to see!

If you want to hiking or biking, there is a great trail that runs along the river, and I was told that going the whole loop is about 10 miles. So theres a huge distance you can travel if you need a walking, running, or biking path. There are also many great structures that show historical figures throughout the park. This is a great place for large groups of people (family and friends) for anything. Ive seen playing Frisbee, having picnics, even doing some informal band practice for an event. Its a large, open space with trees throughout.

We really enjoyed being here and walking the trail around the lake and river. Parking was super easy (even in our small RV) and plentiful. The park and trail are extremely accessable and safe. When we are back in Austin, I will certainly come back to this park for the awesome scenery and walkability.

My dog really likes to swim here and I like to poop in the bushes and I might be a goat I might be a person or I might be your worst nightmare ......LolNaw, the bathroom was gnarly which made me want to poop and bushes but I restrained myself. Lots of leaves everywhere to kick and a water fountain that actually worked. Kudos
