All the roads in and out are giant pot holes

The drive is in serious repair condition. The entrance is like a 5 wheeler yTrack. Potholes are as big as my csr.

Drove through looking for a place to stay. Bad place. Run down. Not what it used to be. Rate 1-5. Me a zero.

The entrance road to Westgate is privately owned and is in terrible condition. Many house trailers are in dyer need of repairs and maintenance.

Very decent place to live with Low prices.

The entrance to the mobile park is terrible, if youre not careful you could damage your car.

The do not take care of their tenants issues when it comes to health codes. I got a caving roof that the owner himself said was my problem not only that there is wood rot in the floors that we have been telling them since we moved in
