Fantastic place to live quiet nice community neighbors helping neighbors. Property manager by the name of John is one of the kindest and most sincere gentleman Ive ever met.

I was only there few months but i liked it there! I knew there werent going to be problems cuz the manager who runs it! Felt safe!

Where you may find a home

Rent a mobile home here. Talk to John the manager at the office. Straight to the point and very friendly. Ive been here through 4 months. If you have a problem maintenance gets on it right away! Way better than apartment living and more freedom.

Heres a nice park. But like any community they have issues. They do have the password manager that will get the police out there fast if he has to. Plan on living here plan on behaving!

John is an awesome landlord and a caring one!

Decent rent, maintence is held back by regulations but they do their best according to contract. neighborhood, lock your car.

Nice area, decent roads, nice mobile area

This park has bedbug infestation and the manager didnt even give me another home to move into after i had broken out in massive full body hives ( my first time having them ever and i was allergic to the bedbugs!! ) and got a 700$ er bill. I had to move out within a week of moving in due to the bedbugs and pest control quoted me 600$ to exterminate which is more then the rent was!!! All he recommended was getting a home depot product to help get rid of them that I would have to pay for!!!! Would not recommend AT ALL.Plus there are many pitts there n rotts yet the lease said none of them allowed....interesting. As long as they get money I guess...

Its my new home. Property manager is the nicest man youll ever meet. Just pay your rent. Lol !!

John told me I was approved for a trailer. Then when my lease was up at my previous residence John told me he had never seen me before in his life and that I was in fact NOT approved for a lot. Thanks for nothing I guess.

This park is infested with bedbugs. Does not exterminate in between residents. Leaves it up to the new residents to.
