Friendly community

Here is a park that the owner tries to tend to with out outside help. Chris Qualizza does his best to keep this park up to standard.He is kind and considerate to all who live there.

My mother has lived here for a lot of years. I did for about 3 or 4. The only issues I have are the reaccuring pot holes (craters) in the streets and a select few neighbor kids that steal from my mother and scratch up the paint job on her vehicles. Other than that, I LOVE the area, the feeling of peace I experience when Im outside and the pool is fantastic!!

I have lived here for a yr. the worst yr i have had. man beside me has dogs. they bark 24/7. it does no good to tell anyone about the barking. the office guy says call the cops. the cops say file a report with animal control. they say you have to fill out papers giving times the dogs bark. but nothing is done about the barking dogs. my lease is up next month thank god. i can move to another park.if i had the yr to live over again it would not be in coachlight park. where they dont care if you are wake all hours of the night from barking dogs. that are over 30lbs.

I think its one of the better trailer parks in Abilene, Tx.
