Just visiting a friend, but it seems like a nice, quiet, clean, little place. The plots are a little small, making the dwellings close together, and the parking really needs to re-evaluate, but its still tolerable. My friend seems to like living there.

Pot holes in the roads, and poor maintenance has this park in shambles.
