We lived there 27 years ! It was wonderful place to live! Lynn was great landlord very understanding! I miss it dearly had so many good memories in my mobile home ! Thank you Lynn for everything!

Crazy addresses, numbers could be 200+ to the left 50 of the right. Street numbers/ addresses are by letters such as X street or other alphas. After meeting with the locals its a great community, friendly people, wide streets.

I honestly dont know, I drive by there while on patrol but the property looks well maintained at 2,4 &7 in the morning lol. Google prompted me to review it.

Good price and maintenance is quick about taking care of things. I do really wish the issue with the dogs loose all over the trailer park would be handled better. My son has been bit 3 times now by dogs running loose. Bad enough to need stitches. I have reported it to the animal control and the park office every time it has happened but the issue is not resolved.

The office people are wonderful and very passionate about the love for animals and the well being and safety of the residents of texas place....thank yall

The homes are clean and in good condition. The ladies in the office are very nice. Reasonable priced.

I went in and payed for 3 application fees I called the next day and they needed more information on where I lived the past 2 years. I am military and was in the dorms then. Im just curious why they never called me and asked me. So I give them that information and they tell me to call the next day again. I just called them back and they tell me Ive been disapproved for no rental history. No other questions would be answered when i asked. Its a 500 dollar per month rental. How does a sra with a good credit history and no delinquent payments get disapproved for a TRAILER? Beware they are running a scam and I wonder why they have so many empty trailers
