This is a good place to live it nice and quiet most the time. Manager is VERY helpful and easy to Work with as long as you FOLLOWING the rules you have no problems yes there a rule no parking road after 11pm or you will be tow so NOT Like they just tow cars randomly like the other lady said she must not Read the newsletters they past out... I would recommend anyone whos looking for a place to stay to live here it has security also at night time to patrol I gave them a 5 + star ive never had no problems from any the Tenants or Manager..

Letme clear some thangs up a second , this beotch below just trashed everybody that live here and she still lives here. that new whip must be keeping her here. as far as the manager goes shes here she not on vacation all the time like the lAST ONE t. yeah she is sarcastic and to the point she dont play if the yards are dirty she strait up tell you to clean it and not be dirty. some people had some dogs in a cage they barked all night manager got rid of them she got rid of those drug addict guys that were walking around stealing stuff at night . she looks tired as fuk most days. im giving 4 stars cuz my vehicle has been broken into by the apt. people but im not crying about y blaming other people

Been staying here for 4 years havent had any problems its cleaned up since I first moved in manager keeps it up this place is next to all the major highways its easy to get places . Cheaper to live here then pay rent on a house somewhere else

Ive known a few people that have lived here and it is an awful place to live. The managers are terrible people. They are always worried about harassing people, even if they arent tenants. They tow peoples cars without notice. Their lease says that cars cant be parked in the street, but theres not a designated parking area for visitors. So if your mother wants to come visit from another state, she probably wont have a car to leave in. They raise the rent $5 here and there, with one weeks notice. They refuse to release any information about the owners of the property. Its not a place to call home. Unless you want someone constantly on your back about the way you live your life. I cannot advise someone enough, not to move into this place. Its not even worth the one star I had to give it. Its not clean. None of the roads are in good condition. Half of the trailers look like theyve been through hell. Especially the ones right off the main road. You can see that people have shot at the trailers with bb and pellet guns. Please do not move here!!!!!!!!

Its a complete rip off. Most homes are in poor condition. No security what so ever, in area with high crime rate.

Not a very nice side of town. Needs more supervision of vehicles parked in the road & yards. Too much noise.
