I’ve been living here for 7 years and I love it, I will never move from here. Rent is very affordable and the park is well maintained.

This is home we love it quite everybody gets along minds there own business very friendly like I said my wife

Nice little community. A buddy has his RV there he appears to be very content with where hes at.So I dont know much about the place.I can say that my observations it appears to be nice and clean. The grass was mowed and trimmed nicely.

We just got here and so far we love it its quiet nobody messes with anybody and u cant hear the traffic from the highway....our first night here there was a big storm and where we were at before u could hear people freaking out but not hear it was so peaceful. My dogs are more relaxed and laid back and they even love it

The RVs are on dirt. The guy next to me did nothing but cussed and parked his truck right at my kitchen window! Was so glad to get out of there!!!! Thank u Lord!!!

My Experience ? i am going to say that a Parent should take Caution with all kids in the Recreational -Travelers Area in the Park & make sure the Sex Offenders are not living there.Beware.

Good price well kept a little close quarters but worth the money

Was a God send, when my TRANSMISSION started acting up again.. being in the back, I dont hear any traffic noise at all.

A bunch of meth heads and alcoholics live there.

Its close to the store. But its loud with the highway traffic
