Ive called this place home for many many years. I loved being part of the management team running the park back then and I love it now. They are a great group of people. The property is located in a nice, quiet area and is undergoing many improvements.

I have called it home for fifteen years its been a awesome place to live we have seen many changes over the years. Manager has been the best part. All that has changed and the jury is still out on the this latest chapter we will see how it plays out.

For 1 there are cockoaches no matter what you do . 2 the homes are only taken care of after you move out, 3 if you give them 30 days notice they will clean out the rest of your stuff before your 30 days 4 the landlord is very rude. 4 I dont recommend moving here unless you have no other option. 5 the electric bill is outrageous we didnt get a chance to go back and make sure we didnt forget anything cause everything was gone, and they gave 2 a tiny 2 bedroom to 3 people about to be 4 and we asked for a bigger one after promised and never got one so we had to move. The rent isnt bad there no but that doesnt make up for how rude they are.

Very peaceful quite mobile home park that affordable we love it and the Mangers of the park are super friendly

Community is quiet and peaceful but the park managers are horrible. Wont fix anything under $100. If you pipes burst they wont fix it for you even if you buy the parts.

I would have gave it 4 stars if my water didnt get shut off 10 times a month with no warning
