Claudia from the office is really nice and helpful and does everything at the right time and the maintenance people do a great job they are always on top of everything! The cleaning is great no complaints! I give this place a 10/10

This place is a complete rip off now. Was paying 275 a month for lots fees with the old owner (which included landscaping) and now with the new owner in just a few months they raised my lot fees twice (must still think their in Cali). And on top of that they removed the existing playground to make way for a gazebo. Not so we can use it. But so we can rent it when we need it. This place only wants your money they do not care about the tenants. My mother a older women now had a complaint on an unruly neighbour and instead of listening she was mocked. You can do better else where I guarantee it price and all. Its just unfortunate for those who bought their trailers before these parasites came to Serenity Park.

Lived here a year new MGMT thinks they can charge you interest when ur paying rent.try saying I dont pay rent and I show her damn receipt and she doesnt get it.so I told her this is America we have laws

I second that, the grounds keeper rides around in his vehicle play his stereo loud.thier staff doesnt follow rules and so the residents dont.

Wish I could leave zero stars, my good friend Steve that was the past owner of the trailer park community, had better people placed in management, really nice people too and respected but now that he sold it to someone else the management people. Are horrible, bad attitude people as well and are never there in the office to help especially the manager who lives in the street 126th east avenue owns a black truck and Grey infinity in case anyone wants to know

This place is a mess. If I were you, Id stay away.

Definitely not quiet neighbors. Trash ends up in our yard that isnt ours. No good insulation in trailers so bills are high and bugs are everywhere no matter how many times its sprayed. Issues sine the first day we moved in. Last month we are living here!

Hello its a nice place to live... Everyone here are calm.. Everyone minds there own business.. And managers here are great people.. They help when ever we have a problem with our tallers.. Been living here 6 months so far i like it here..

Seems to be ok,. Well thats what I thought.its bad place to live buttttt they will hardly ever fix anything.i have holes in the floors and now Im thinking of taking to court . cause she hardly ever in the area

It is good but not that good yiu have to mow and,there is a lot you have to do for example keep your music low when a party in serenity parks.

Hello Ive been living here for 3 years and they barely got new managers in these managers do not want to listen and do their own thing examples my girl and I were walking and a dog came up and bit me I went to the office and I also called them to let them know that the dog had been me they told me that I had to call and that they couldnt do anything about it second thing my door couldnt close and it kept opening and I told them that they needed to come and fix it cuz I have a little girl in the house and they told me to go ahead and wait until Monday so I had to wait 3 days for them to come and fix it and I have more examples but they want the rent right away they dont want trash they dont want no music they hate handling with you or talking to you doesnt matter race does it matter color or or how much money you got they do not like you bad place to live

These people are very rude roaches are terrible they won’t fix anything all they care about is money lord help you if you’re disabled and have lived here 3 yrs and have had 7 flat tires because of the speed bumps and of you like creepy things crawling on you and everything you own this is the place to live
