The area is pretty much a respectable community, the office staff are understandable and friendly, which we still miss Amy but the staff are pretty good to us.

Im adding to a previous bad review I made, but I dont see it on here anymore, so they mustve flagged it and had it removed? Basically the previous review discussed the multiple maintenance issues with our BRAND NEW home that we rented. From the day we moved in there were repairs to be made & a year later, after we move out, they still werent repaired. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done. Even emergency situations are put off like they mean nothing. Our water heater leaked for 2 weeks before they came to fix it. We had multiple problems with our drains backing up over the span of 3-4 months. Plumbers came out at least 4-5 times which meant I had to miss work to be there. They even tried to lecture me on what is & isnt ok to flush, even though I assured her the only thing weve ever flushed is toilet paper. Come to find out it was a combination of roots in the lines and what the crazy dude living behind me had been flushing. Other smaller repairs would take them upwards of 2 months and 15 phone calls to come fix. Then when you call over and over they have a bad attitude. If you fixed it 2 months ago when I asked you the first time I wouldnt have to call you again.Dont even get me started on the drugged out maniacs that live in there. Our neighbor was insane. Hes like a 50 year old man and always had children over at his house giving them cigarettes and weed and he was constantly yelling into our windows very vulgar things. I never even knew the dudes name. He was just strung out & mentally unstable. I notified the office of what was going on & they basically told me there was nothing they could do. It wasnt until I mentioned that we definitely would not be buying the home permanently & that wed be moving out asap that they tried to offer me the option to move to a different home in the park. You didnt think to offer that to me at any other point over the past 5 months, when I first mentioned that he was acting out? Now, fast forward to the present. We have been out of the home since July. When we moved out we had the carpets cleaned & I personally scrubbed every nook & cranny. I spent about $150-$200 making sure the home was move in ready & absolutely spotless for a new tenant. Even though I was very unsatisfied with my experience , I was raised to clean up after myself & be respectful to other peoples property. So now.. sitting here on October 12, Im starting to fume. Its been almost 80 days since I have moved & have failed to receive my deposit back. I called the office on Sept. 5, a little over 1 month after we moved out & asked for an update on the deposit because Oklahoma requires landlords to return deposits within 45 days & it was nearing that deadline. Come to find out they sent the deposit to the wrong address. I was understanding about it & just gave them my new address. Fast forward to September 22. I still had not received a check in the mail or heard anything from the office, so I call down there again. They tell me they shouldve sent the check out & they will call corporate & get back to me immediately. I never heard another word from them until they texted me on Oct. 2nd & said that they issued the check on the Sept 29. I told them the address was wrong on the 5th & it took until the 29th to rewrite it? They tried to tell me it took so long because they had to stop payment on the other check, which is a flat out lie. Im an accountant, Im pretty sure I am perfectly aware of how long it takes to stop payment on a check & issue another one. Today, Oct. 12, I call them because if the check was issued on the 29th, it should be here by now. Its been nearly 2 weeks. Again, my fiancé owns an eBay business. I promise were 1000x more familiar with mail delivery times than them. Then they want to pop an attitude because Im getting upset with them. Ive been MORE than patient. I have given them plenty time to get this straightened out. In fact, I have given them almost double the amount of time than the State of Oklahoma allows according to Oklahoma Statute §41-115. Renters Beware.

The management tries charging a bunch of made up things and every family who rents there pay different costs, which may change at any time. They are not for low or set income families which most of the tenants are led to believe different. The trailers most rent all have serious damages that they are left to fix themselves. None of which could afford an attorney to fight these things because they pay so much for rent. If you choose to buy do it from the individual who owns them if possible you will get a better deal

Ive lived here now for 1.5 years. When I moved in, they told me that they are in the process of installing security cameras throughout the park...that still had not happened, although they have signs that are posted that they are.My cycle was stolen and I asked them about the security cam footage... they then disclosed too me that there were no cameras installed, just the fake signs. And the only camera is at the clubhouse. The park is very noisy with neighbors with too many dogs that are being allowed to be chained up outside most of the time and being allowed to bark hours and hours on end. Ive made several noise complaints, and nothing is being done about it.So, if you value your belongings and peace of mind... this place is not for you. Its nothing but constant chaos!

NOT FOR A BILLION DOLLARS WOULD I LET MY PARENTS LIVE HERE AGAIN. WHEN I CAME IN TO SEE THEM, I AM FROM ITALY BY THE WAY, I FOUND THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS HAVING A NOTE LEFT ON THE DOOR TO MAKE THEM FIX SOMETHING OUTSIDE. THE OWNER OR LANDLORDS DO NOT CARE WHAT IS IN THE TRAILER - THEY WANT THE OUTSIDE TO LOOK FABULOUS. THE OUTSIDE MUST BE NEAT AND CLEAN, OTHERS DO NOT DO THAT AND IT BEWILDERS ME HOW THEY CAN GET BY WITH TELLING PEOPLE THIS AND THAT - ITS WISH WASHY. THEY CAN RENT TO OWN TO ANYONE FOR THE MOST PART BUT HONESTLY IT IS STILL VERY TRASHY AND NOT LIVABLE AND ALSO A LOT OF MICE AND BEDBUGS. RENTER AND BUYER BEWARE. I TOOK MY FAMILY OUT OF THE AREA ONE WEEK AGO MAY 12 2019 AND THEY WERE THERE FOR 17 YEARS. I AM A STRAIGHT FORWARD LADY AND I CANNOT LET SOMEONE COME IN AND SAY YES THE NEW MANAGER IS GOOD - SHE IS OVERWHELMED AND CANNOT MEET ALL THE NEEDS THAT SHE IS REQUIRED TO DO, NOR CAN SHE DO WHAT SHE SAID SHE CAN. HER NAME IS AMY. SHE IS NEW AS OF 2 MONTHS NOW AND SHE WILL BE REPLACED - THEY ALWAYS ARE. I AM BEING HONEST - MY PARENTS HAVE LIVED THROUGH DAVE (THE FIRST OWNER ) AND ALL OF THEM. GOODBYE TO ALL THERE, SO SORRY YOU HAVE TO SEE YOUR PRICES RAISED, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN YOU CAN BE ASSURED AND IT IS THE HIGHEST CRIME AREA IN TULSA AS WELL. JUST SAYING.

If you want to live in a trailer park full of meth heads and true trailer park trash then by all means, move in! They have all the amenities a growing tweaker could want : dope around every corner, sky high rent, and landlords that like to lie about rent-to-own and then take it back after you have just sunk a bunch of your hard stolen...I mean earned...money into it. Enjoy your stay, cause they wont leave the light on for you!

They refuse to maintain their trailers up to and including ordering you to vacate the premises rather than make necessary repairs. They will harass and discriminate against you if you are not of the proper ethnicity. They charge different rates for each family and ignore their owned signed lease.
