I have worked for Westwind Enterprises for 4 years now and I love it. We have one of the best owners and our corporate staff is really wonderful too. We are working to make are community one of the best places to live in the Tulsa area. You really can’t ask for a better place work and live in Tulsa.

As a previous employee and tenant of this community I saw all the changes first hand that they are taking to make this a safe and welcoming community, the staff and groundskeepers have made a connection with their residents and are always willing to help whenever possible

There are too many problems to even list!! The review by Ace pretty much explains everything. In addition to that, the roads are awful and they have guidelines that we are expected to fix in two days over dumb things like not having window a/cs, dont have blankets as curtains, or fixing cracked windows, etc.

Carriage Village MHC has really been working to clean up the property. We have a new management team. They are really doing a great job. GO TEAM.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!NOTHING GETS FIXED around here, ESPECIALLY the ROADS, due to CONSTANTLY CHANGING and LAZY management and maintenance, not to mention the fact that there is NO SECURITY at all. Also, the pool is MORE OFTEN CLOSED than open during the SUMMER.They raise lot rent SO OFTEN that theirs is INE OF the, if not THE HIGHEST in the county. They keep saying its raised to make improvements to the community, but no improvements have been made.ANY promises made to anyone by any previous management are NOT HONORED by current management.They were supposed install a front gate for the community, NOTHING has been done regarding that.They towed a bunch of cars owned by tenants, a couple years ago, and extorted from the owners just to get their cars back. A specific tenant, spoke out against this terrible practices of this place and they tried to kick him out.Now theyre telling people that you cannot have open or closed trailers on the premises, eventhough some of the people around here are either maintenance or Lawn Care Professionals and need their trailers to haul their equipment.MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE.The OWNER of Westwind Enterprises is a terrible person and money-grubbing SLUMLORD named RAY FARRIS.DO NOT MOVE HERE!

DO NOT MOVE HEREmy car has been broken into multiple times. the pool was closed all summer (tenants informed me that last year the pool was closed and they raised rent for upkeep of the pool) they TURN THE WATER OFF AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. very inconvenient when you have children including a baby that needs water for formula. lot rent has gone up twice in the 7 months i have been there which is probably makes this park one of the highest lot rent in the county.

This is the worst place to live do not buy from them lot rent keeps going up and there not fixing anything in the community like they say they are Im about ready to move and let mine go back its to expensive. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

We bout a trailer from them it had some stuff that needed to be fixed they told use to go a head and move in and they would fix all the problems .. Its been a couple mouths now and they wont fix anything my dishwasher is broke!! They told me we bought the place how it was its are responsible to fix everything and the lot rent goes up every couple months not a good place to live I wish I would have read some reviews before moving in....

Increase rent no improvements as they promised! DO NOT MOVE HERE

Always raising lot rent, I have lived here 21 years and I am moving as soon as I can afford it, just cant afford to live here anymore, also changing management constantly. Now no security now. Ive already had two homeless people knock on my door wanting food, money, cigarettes. No security to be found.Its been 2 years since I posted this and nothing has changed except lot rent has gone up twice since then. We pay for security but still we dont have any.

Just a big mobile home park. And they have rentals, in case you left yours at home.

The most horrible place to live!!!!! They have tow trucks at the office, at this verry moment. Would not recommend no one to live here at all. The management is by far the worst it could get. You also cant park anywhere or you will have your car towed even if its your own parking space. Please if your planning on living here dont!!!! you will regret it.

This place was the first I ever lived that I remembered and I was just an infant by that time. I was born in 1996 and my family moved here by the time my younger sister was born back in 1998. I dont remember to much on this place because we moved to Claremore in 2004 and I was still very young. xDD All I remember is the trailer we used to live in, which is no longer here and moved to another location.Hearing many negative reviews on this place .. I gave it three stars. Other then that, I dont remember me and my family having a bad time here so yeah. xDD

The worst place to live, they tow cars illegally and staff are very rude. They love to intimidate the tenants. They charge a fee of $200 to take the car out of the wrecker, even the wrecker said they do things wrong.

Ilive in this place and wouldnt advice any to move in this place if i can get a enough money i would leave this place in a heart beat its not a good place to live.

I am the Community Manager and found that 6 of the most recent negative reviews are from people that dont even show as living at the community according to our records by our property management software and reporting systems.

Worst place to live by far!They are towing cars without the consent of others! Plus a 200 dollar fee to release your vehicle. This place is the worst place to live, would never recommend anyone to live here!
