This place had absolutely everything my family and I needed for a vacation. From the cottage’s kitchen to cook throughout the week’s stay to the beach being steps away from our bed, we enjoyed every minute. The owners were super friendly and able to provide a ton of info on attractions in Traverse City as well as neighboring towns around TC. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with a private beach!

Hands down the best place ever. We have been coming for 6 years now, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Owner is extremely attentive and keeps things tidy. Beach is perfect, and condos are clean.

We have come here 4 years in a row and we all love it! Quiet, nice rooms, wide beach and close to everything. The owners are very nice people who go out of their way to make sure you have a nice visit. Grandkids both beg to come back after each visit.

The carpets were really dirty. Really gross honestly. My socks were black after getting up and walking around in the morning. They dont have on site laundry either so either bring a lot, buy extras, go waste money at a laundromat, or choose a better place

Dont try to use beach on check out day, they wont let you. We accidentally left our daughters pillow, stuffed animal, and blankey so we called the day we left, no answer, left a msg. Called again following tuesday, they threw it all in the GARBAGE. Just not very good customer service. Will never return
