This place is very overpriced for what you get. Staff likes to knit pick you about rules but will not fix anything in a timely fashion. I have lived here for almost 4 years and when I moved in my window in the front room and the living room were broken and was told they would get fixed and they are still broken and that’s after us telling them MULTIPLE times about them. Also have to pay 15 dollars for every trailer or item you store in the janky storage area that anyone can get into. And then they are not held responsible for anything that gets broke or stolen out of there. Just some info for anyone thinking about this place.

Management is the worst its ever been. Shes on a power kick and doesnt communicate unless its threats. Took down the kids basketball hoops last summer over one kid and probably wont get them back. Cops are in here all the time to the same places and she turns a blind eye to that, but be late on a payment a day and youre threatened with eviction and $50 late fee.

Live here & follow the rules but not everyone does & I dont see them complying to the rules. But I like having our own area to the lake for us. Management tries hard to have everyone flow the rules but some of the residents do not care.

Silver Shores is a beautiful Community with excellent management and maintenance staff.

They have a great maintenance and the office staff are amazing. I have lived here for 5 year.

Under new management. Definitely much better than the last people. The new owners are putting in work on the place

Looks like hell

The buying process was very drug out, disorganized and fairly unprofessional. Everyone deserves a learning curve, but experience should be called for in instances of long-term loan investment agreements. The park is fairly well kept. There are kids out in the road a lot which is dangerous for them and the drivers. There is a lake entry and playground as well as a community clubhouse. There are old units that need to be removed and some general tree maintenance that looks fairly unkempt. All in all it is a reasonably priced lake side family friendly animal friendly community.

All I’m going to say is.... make sure you look other places before here. Great neighbors and nice area. But awful management.

Rent goes up a lot every year, by a lot I mean enough that my rent has gone up by over $3000 per year since I moved in a little over ten years ago. The rent goes up every August this year it was an extra $25 per month, instead of the normal $15. If I had known back then what I know now I would not have put a home in here, but I am literally stuck because it costs a lot of money to move a mobile home and I pay so much rent Ill never be able to afford to move it.

New management. Pros and cons with mobile home park. But they answer the phone and address issues.

Worst park EVER, Would not recommend this park to my worst enemy.

I used to live in this trailer park and the trailer was awful!! There was mold EVERYWHERE!!! Everytime I needed the mold to be taken care of, the maintenance guy would come over, patch a hole over the mold and call it good... the walls were splitting, the ceiling was coming apart and everytime the maintenance guy would come over, I would have to air out my house afterwards because he reaked of marijuana and was tripping over his own two feet. They never plowed the roads properly for children to walk down the road to the bus stop, the neighbors could have dozens of decorations in their yard to where you could even see the grass but when I put a dog runner post in the ground I was in violation of my renters agreement, which I went back and looked through and it was not stated anywhere. Lot rent was increasing every 2 months, the beach was disgusting... omg please dont ever move here!!

The management team a mom and son are drunks and abuse their power, they get in evolved in your life they over change u on lot rent. The son plows the park while he is drunk .

Lots of people live here but its very overpriced
