Worst place Ive ever lived. Roads are awful, rent goes up FREQUENTLY and by LARGE CHUNKS. Worse, a new company has taken over and their reviews on BBB website are 1 star from multiple customers. This property management company has also been involved in litigation because of their unfair rent hikes and other practices. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.Oh, and the previous owners, Windward Group, lied about who is supposed to fix the roads. I CALLED the road commission. Meadow Lane is part owner of the drive and is responsible for half payment of the repairs. They lied to their costumers about that. They lied about everything. Im sure the new company with its glorious 1-star BBB rating will be the same sort of ownership.

Clean quiet and peaceful.

This place has only gone downhill. Lot rent goes up every 6mo. and ownership changes hands every other year. Theyll fine you before they tell you about their new park rules, and have the worst kind of people that work for the park in itself. Dont come here unless your desperate... oh, and since theyve been cutting trees down, weve watched large branches fall and hit peoples homes, including our own, and absolutely no clean up on there behalf. They leave everything on the roof and then the wood chips scattered everywhere just for you to clean up. This is not a nice and peaceful neighborhood. I promise.

Roads are negative 5 stars, i repeat NEGATIVE FIVEShows the true colors of the owners, cant take care of their roads but can charge up the Ying yang for rent.

Emailed and called never got a reply back havent heard many good things from these people!! And I have a friend that rents from them and they have issues with getting things fixed. Good thing I didnt move in here

People who own it are very rude dont ever go through them if you need a place to live. They dont up keep everything. Trailers are nice but horrible owners. They need much info on your life to live there.

Been here 15 years+, wasnt too bad at first, rent in 2004 was 240 and it was quiet. The park sold out to a new company and thats when rent exploded along with many new manufactured homes squeezed side by side. Its very crowded and noisy here now and the lot rent has about doubled. Roads are bad, very icy in winter and pot holes remain every year with spotty tar patching. If you dont want to be a rat stuck in a cage make sure you have an exit plan before living here, not a good place to raise a family.

The lots and neighbors for the most part are not bad. However the management of the park and its employees are something that are left to be desired. The kids park needs to be badly updated and maintined. They have a tennis court they put in that they keep locked up and just accumulates fallen tree limbs. The roads during the winter are plowed whenever they feel like it, sometimes early but definitely not maintained through winter and towards the end its like they dont even try.

This trailer park is a joke. We lose water a few times a year, then have to boil it for a couple days. Do they inform their tenants? Nope they put a couple signs in the park where some of us may not ever see. The upped out lot rent again $35 and now instead of having water included in our lot rent as before we have to pay separately. Then the red head at the front desk is extremely rude everytime I have come into contact with her. I gave them a courtesy call about my lot rent having to be late because I switched jobs so I am waiting on my first check. And she was extremely nasty about it! Told me that they still have to report it to their attorneys for possible eviction unless they have money in hand by a certain that day. Hmm... we’ve NEVER been late until now. It’s not like I’m giving you the run around. I am doing the adult thing and giving you a courtesy call to tell you when the rent PLUS LATE FEE AND WATER will be paid so you’re not worried! I am over this place. Plus they allow dogs to run loose all the time. BUT my pit bull who is a registered service dog is “not allowed” in the park. Yet I have seen several of his same breed running around! I am about to move my mobile home to a different park this is disgusting!!!

I’ve lived here nearly my entire life. I won’t lie, the early years were peaceful. But ever since they’ve decided to sell part of it to ‘Noble Homes,’ this place has become sad. It’s no longer safe here, new people come in and out all of the time. Most people that rent the home are workers for Noble that needed homes for their families. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. These people will bleed you dry and ruin your credit.

At least they fixed some of the roads, worse than 8th street for the suspension on my car

Safe mobile home community, though very large. Very few amenities.

Keep raising the lot rent, wont fix the roads. Loud, busy, lots of weirdos. Avoid.

Great houses they are ok but the roads are like driving through boulders there are so many pot holes its crazy

Frequent raise in rent, no improvements to the park itself, poor roads with many potholes. They dont control there tenants, children running through other peoples yards, renters who leave garbage out for days.. and they made me get renters insurance because I have a dog.

If I could give this place negative stars, they would deserve it! We put in the application for one of the 20+ mobile homes, waited for them to call us when a mobile home is available. Got nothing. So we inquired to see if our application got approved, and it did, but they didnt tell us when itd be available. A week later I called and same answer. My boyfriend called the next day and the manager told him they have one available for us, we just need to bring the money (had it), get the utilities in our name (need an address for that to happen), and sign the lease and the place is ours. Then I call them today (were from Lansing, so our trip was gonna be 3 hours) and asked if they could just stay open a lil later than 5 so we could move in (we had everything packed up in a uhaul). The lady said no, and that the manager would call us back. Manager did, talked to my boyfriend, and she told him that corporate sold the 20+ mobile homes!! What the heck! And she blamed us for not putting a deposit down. We need a place for that to happen. Im not giving you 1800 dollars to never get back. Then she still wanted a deposit for a nonexistent home. Now we arent moving up there and they ruined the entire moving experience for us. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Was informed the advertised price was not available. But same size with much higher price was. I call BAIT N SWITCH!!

Living here sure has its up and downs. But its been my home for a good part of six years.
