Raise lot rent outside of their own contract that is signed annually. The lot rent is nearly $600 a month. They never answer their phones and if you leave a message they will call back days later.

I have rented here for 18 months. Very happy with the neighborhood. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. When a problem is called in they are very fast to fix and help.Dogs are leashed at all times. Lots of friendly faces. And I love how neighbors watch out for one another.

Great place to live have many friends who live here. You can have your pets & are able to work on your car, plus you have a yard yet very close to town & every thing. The park has made some great improvements. But they still need to make more like more parking for over night guest & visitors when there isn’t enough parking in the person’s driveway. Need more areas for children to play in the back of the park so their not playing in the road. I think people would enjoy a dog walking path. Also the main entrance to the front of the park should be lit up at night the back is. Not being lit so easy to miss the entrance.

Its a pretty nice place. The streets are well taken care of and plowed regular and its a good trailers in there

Very clean, well kept trailer park. The neighborhood residents keep their yards looking nice. Friendly neighborhood from my experience. Does NOT have that run down, low income feel about it! Good place for young families w/kids. Decent lot rent.

The community room is beautiful with the upgrades and super affordable.

Liers scammer they scam people out of their hard earned money ate are very judgemental and they do not care about lpe income people period !

One of the worst places to live in town it is worth spending the extra money to live somewhere else than in this place if you can run away from that place as far as you can

I live here. Its a nice park with friendly and helpful staff. We are currently renting a newish trailer from them. The neighbors are for the most part pleasant, the streets are clean and maintained. The only negative thing I can think of is that its a little noisy. My rental is one block from the main road and I can hear all the road noise pretty clearly. We are also right under a flight path so we get a lot of airplane and helicopter noise. You get used to it.
