I have lived in this park for a few years and I’ve noticed over the last year it has become a much nicer and well rounded place to live. The new park manager has taken a lot of time and personal concern into making this a comfortable clean place and while there are still person to person things that need to be done, it’s definitely a happy place to be. A home in here is definitely inexpensive compared to the current market.

A great place for a starter home! Houses are built and designed beautifully. Office Manager Meagan Alexander is kind, with a positive mindset and attends to every need. Meagan strives to be attentive to every single customer, helping them to find the perfect, most affordable home. A very nice place to live.

Office has been excellent and helpful in effort of getting me into a home for my family after a divorce. New office Manager Meghan Alexnder has come in late to meet me, on my request. Shes kind understanding and wonderful to work with. Expresses the exciting new changes coming. Makes me happy.

We might actually start referring others to TOWN AND COUNTRY! Much easier to get ahold of then KINGS COURT, MEADOWLANES, SILVER SHORES ETC.GREAT JOB MEGAN!!!!!!

Its a low income spot for t.c where shadey trees arent what I use ghat word to describe it for.

I’ve seen A LOT of improvement and care for the community that TOWN AND COUNTRY has needed! Meagan the Community Manager is extremely helpful and shows excitement for what they have in store for the community!

So far manger has been super in efforts to get us in! I hope it works out looking forward to living in the area somewhere nice I can actually afford!

This is a mobile home community. Im staying with family. So Im not sure how management is.They are putting in new double wides that can be bought or rented. Too pricey for me at this time but the newer homes appear very nice.

New manager and maintenance are great. Weve had many of our more pressing maintenance requests fixed finally and Rachel actually writes stuff down and listens to our concerns. We understand its hard to clean up the mess that Rachels been given so were being patient. I just really dislike sun communities and their lack of helpful people. Ive had to call them a few times for maintenance emergencies and theyre rude and rarely helpful.

They didnt plow at all on the weekends, as they have in the past. The current snow plow person doesnt know what theyre doing or how to clean the roads up. The tree destruction makes it look like it was Firebombed, like over in Cambodia! The Garbage area is a mess. They havent done anything to the front yards up by Barlow ST. They raise the rent each year and we get less and less services. Overall, its quite sad that a corporation tries to run a community? Why isnt there a Park Renters Association? We need more say and appeal processes at this place.

Dirty and this place scams people out of their hard earned money

This is a horrible place to live, the neighborhood children steal andand dest property. The staff stress incredibly rude and lazy, especially the manager. The maintenance is s joke. And many of the trailers are rented or sold in horrible condition. The laundry mat there is is always filthy. This TRAILER PARK is an absolutely horrible place. They Dont Evel salt or sand there roads in the winter. Avoid living in this TRAILER PARK at all costs.

Great place to get a starter home. Site manager is fabulous and helpful. I wish they would have a community hoa and give the owners some power over their community. There is a real need for a larger garbage area and a basketball court. Take one of the empty loss where a house burned down and name a community area.

It was awesome definitely going again

Used to know a lady who lived here. Some nice folks but also some criminal element present. Not sure why anyone would say this is a quiet place though, it is right at the end of the airport runway. I suppose youd get used to it...

Trailers are to close together just trashy looking

Looked at a property and the manager(Rachel) had an extreme odor of alcohol coming from her breath at 10 am. Place is run down. Look elsewhere

They are sticklers about how your place looks and what you use your porch for. Airplanes.... You get used to it. Blue Angels... You will learn to hate them. Update. Evidently there are thieves in the park. They dont like being referred to as a ghetto but it feels like it is getting there.

Very quiet and management is decent. Very respectful of your privacy

Had rodents in my roof and they utterly refused to do anything to remove them, had to move out due to health of our baby due to the urine smell from the rodents. Charged me for rent even when I couldnt live there.
