We stayed there for one year we gave $150 deposit when we moved they said they were going to subtract my last light bill and send me $70 back that it’s been five months ago have not received any money have called several times. Ashton the manager said she was going to get a hold of the headquarters so they could send me dollars. Next time I called she said all they’re only gonna give me $30 back and I asked for a copy of the light bills which I’ve never received. Very poorly run operation still have received no money back and I am not the only resident that they ripped off

The manager for the park is a complete thief! She stole my bikes out of my shed and took my burning wood off my property. If you ever end up living here. Change all locks so the manager doesnt have any access to any of your things.

I like it here. Quiet but people are very nice.
