A family member has lived there for over 20 years. Its a pretty quiet place where neighbors are friendly and always give a wave. With cooperation, the lack of roadside trash is nonexistent which gives way to curbside appeal. They have a swimming pool an area to store your camper, boat or extra car and have tornado shelters in case of need. The housing authority also has a channel on cable which highlights coming events and activities. They have units for sale or spaces to move your home to.

Consistently close the pool when it’s stated it will be open. Happens regularly.

Great neighborhood.

Not too bad of a spot. Compared to most the other trailer parks in Topeka its one the nicer side of things, albeit it doesnt take much effort to be better than the others in the area. Its placed right smack behind a skating rink. For the most part its a half way decent place.

People I went to see said that the water was off because of a leak. I dont know how long it was off. I didnt see anyone working on it. When I was there but didnt know where leak was or lines. But I didnt hear any equipment running.

Friends I live here and then have to say it’s a well-kept up place. Most mobile home trailer parks are trashy in my opinion but this one is very nice I didn’t live here if I have to.

This is the nicest mobile home park in Topeka. They take good care of my Grandma. Several friends live there too and everyone talks highly of it.

This is truly a wonderful park. Management is strict and will enforce any issues. Which is the way it should be. Penny is the officer manager and runs a tight ship for everyone’s safety she takes her job very serious. My mom grew up in this mobile home park and has nothing but wonderful child hood memories. Unfortunately due To unforeseen circumstances my credit is not strong and even with a co-signer it does not justice to even apply. I can’t be approved to live here. I wanted an opportunity to start over in life and to get my children out of a neighborhood where parents don’t watch their kids and kids start doing drugs even at young ages. I don’t want that influence passed onto my kids who attend a private school. I really loved the home I had my eye on and even became friends with the owner who also gave me some Yankee candles which was soooo nice. Keep your credit tight or it may rip the one dream away from you!

I have lived out here since 1991 and i love it out here it is quite peaceful and friendly here.

This place is a good and well kept neighborhood for raising a family. The neighbors all seem very friendly and its a pretty affordable place as well.
