Great place for family and friends to hangout. You can also reserve your group meetings. It is beautiful out here. It is gated and well maintained. Lots of fun activities. A lot of green and even sand/beach volleyball. Lots of spots to have a picnic by the lake. Plenty of parking.

I love the rez. Great place for family and friends and also great spot for a study break. There’s a lot of activities to enjoy like Volleyball, there also a climbing wall. Also enjoy canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. I tried all of them for the first time when I went first went and it’s a great experience. Those get taken very fast and there’s a long waiting list, so go early. It’s very relaxing and great for a mental health as well. There are lifeguards on site. For FSU students, admission is completely free with you id and there also free transportation from campus. Take advantage!

Paid entree for those that arent students but you cant complain about the $3 for a nice lake experience. Rent a kayak or go stand up paddling and enjoy the Florida weather. Its filled with students but since no alcohol is allowed they are respectful and not rowdy. I came alone and had a relaxing few hours before heading on my way.

You can find most of available equipment used world wide for body building...in addition you can access swimming pool, yoga, stream and sauna bath etc...the best leisure centre one can have in Tallahassee...loved it

Fun place to go kayaking and do other outdoor activities like hiking, volley ball, and swimming.Only problem is, it is rare to see it staffed enough so that either the rope course or rock climbing wall, when they are open the quere usually exceeds the shift of all the staff that manage it and half of everybody who waits for it gets to climb. Ive never seen the rope course open in my 2 years here.

Hosted our office retreat here and was a great location. It was a beautiful day and the facilities was awesome.

Disc golf course needs to be cleaned up, other than that it is a fun little pitch and putt course.

Super cool spot that has tons of activities. Totally worth the drive! The views are gorgeous. If you rent a boat, make sure you make it to the other side of the lake. There are covered mangrove passageways, where you can paddle up next to a few animal exhibits that are at the back end of the Tallahassee Museum. Awesome experience.

The FSU Reservation is a hidden gem in Tallahassee. The rock climbing wall is HUGE!! The rope course will challenge you physically and mentally. Looking for a place for a retreat they have you covered! Looking at the lake is tranquilizing and will leave you wanting to stay forever. They even have water rafting and volleyball. Check them out if you havent already or go back if its been a while.

Never super busy, $3 for adults to get in and $1 for kids 6 and up. Can rent kayaks or canoes for $5. Just an awesome place.

Fun free place for FSU students. Free transport on the weekends, kayaks, canoes, rock climbing walls, rope courses, and a swim area. Even better with friends. Gets crowded at times (4th of July).

Very beautiful, peaceful place to be. We were there with a group so we also used the place for assembling. The only problem the first few nights was the heat in the cabin. That was until we discovered the air conditioner!

Horrible hours of operation. We are in Florida, with Florida heat, and normal hours dont begin until the end of classes in May?! Furthermore, opening at 12pm takes away the best part of the day for paddling and sailing, morning time. Especially in the heat of summer. This is a nice facility, but they severely handicap their service to the students by very poor operating hours.

5 stars when they get jetskis

The place is great for paddleboarding or canoeing. If one paddles far enough out, there is actually a nature preserve with impressive animals that can be seen right from the water. Beyond that, there are various games to play like cornhole and ping pong.

Sailing Clinic is a lot of fun

My family and I had a picnic at the FSU Rez. Nice relaxing time with good food and a little dip in the lake. Lake bradford seemed a little stagnant and soupy but thats Tallahassee Florida. I played some frisbee and ping pong which was fun. They had kayaking and canoeing and I think stand-up paddleboard among other activities. Definitely a destination, especially with friends.

Not a FSU student. We were glad it was only $3 to enter because we discovered that we couldnt use our inflatable stand up paddle board we brought (had to rent theirs for $10) and we also couldnt swim because there was no lifeguard on duty.
