Full disclosure Im not a stained glass artist. If you are a seasoned, trained, knowledgeable artist looking for supplies on a self serve basis this place seemed pretty cool. If you need help or have questions go somewhere else. The staff was almost averse to engaging in any way, when forced to help they seemed to not know the product on hand if/when they would have more or the cost. I ended up walking out and had way better luck at hot glass color and supply in Seattle they rocked, and had a much larger supply of frit and the staff was amazing!

All 3 times. Very helpful and informative. They seem to be wanting to empower artists by selling some of their tool parts for reasonable prices.

I love this place! Its massive! A huge supply of glass and supplies. The owner is very friendly and super willing to share his knowledge. The parking lot is small, and he does have a lot of trucks coming and going. His studio is attached to a massive church.

I used to take my daughter to Big Ms for all of her glass supplies while she was in high school art class. They were always wonderful,very helpful and an excellent selection. I lost my baby 2 yrs after she graduated and one of her projects had fallen and several panes of the leaded glass were broken. Im moving away and wanted to gift her project to her Aunt Dianne, but didnt want to give it to her broken. I was frantically trying to find someone who could fix it for me. I just happened to call Big Ms as I remembered how great they are. They are not only fixing the beautiful glass project,but trying to get it done before I leave so I can surprise my sister. They have always been great, but now have gone way beyond and above regular customer service to try and make this happen with not much advanced notice....thank you so much for what you have done for my daughter,myself and now my family ,Denise

Im a stained glass artist and have been coming to big M for years, a little odd looking at first, but good pricing for quality glass and supplies.

The owner is very friendly. He keeps a good supply of glass. But Im not a frequent shopper for glass as I purchase that wholesale from Bullseye. He does carry glass for both fusing and stainglass. Classes are offered. He has cutters and other tools. I purchased my Skutt 1414 from Big M in 2006. I really like it.
