This area would be fun/creepy place to explore during mid fall season. Cant wait for the fall colors to start in this area! The house and its surrounding area, although full of mystery and eerie vibes in its own right, is still a private residence. No Trespassing.

Nice, easy, one hour walk. Going clockwise from Leona entrance, some uphill to start with the Little Spokane reached near end. Some forks do not have main trail marked, but a border fence lets you know if you strayed off main trail

There are two entrances to Haynes estate conservation area, one off Greenleaf and one off Leona road. pictures attached are pictures of the Leona entrance. This is a very small park, but there are many little side trails. You could probably loop around 2 to 3 miles if you take a bunch of little side trails. Nice little area If you just want to get away for a little bit :-)

Nice uphill hike once you get up and out. I wasnt a fan of the new construction that surrounded the area. View point was disapointing due to the fact it was also looking into someones back yard.

The trails are well marked here, and thus is a nice place to take a short walk, but dont come expecting a hike: there is just not enough trail or elevation. Also, water access is basically nonexistent here.
