What a wonderful view of the entire city! We took a trip to Seattle and really enjoyed the view and it is breathtaking! I took lots of pictures and even took panoramic pictures as well. This was really fun and enjoyable. The price was not bad and I liked it better than going inside the Space Needle because of the price and the view. I will be back and I will visit this place again and you should too. Look at these great photos!

I was one lucky traveler in January 2015, it only rained a little bit during my four night stay, blue skies 90% of my stay in Seattle. Ive always wanted to make some photographs at dusk/night from a tall building. I had forgotten my small tripod but my camera and lens nested perfectly on a window ledge, the lens barrel was flush with the buildings glass. On this clear night the view was spectacular.

Absolutely awesome! Took the Day and Night Package to appreciate both sunlit n moonlit beauty :) . Make sure you go on a Sunny to make sure the your dollars are worth. Plenty of paid parking nearby. Went on a weekend , not of much crowd during the afternoon but evening was little more happening. The views are gorgeous, much better than Space Needle. Sunset was so beautiful, would love to revisit. See the photos!

Absolutely the best view in the city. I came up here and watched the sunset when I had some extra time and it was well worth the small fee. Dont even bother with the Space Needle, this tower dwarfs it.The views are incredible. You have the Olympic Mountains on one side, Mount Rainier on the other, and the city all around you. I went during the week and there were a few other people around, but it was very calm and serene. The staff was friendly and didnt mind that I was there for a couple hours walking in circle around the floor and taking pictures. If I find myself in the city again, this is my Have to visit spot. Hands down.

We decided to pretend to be tourists one day. We found discount tickets online that gave us the idea to go up there. We went up at dusk and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We had no idea what we were expecting but it was incredible! We fully plan to go again, and would happily pay full price. Next time we are planning on going on a clear day where you can see the mountain ranges. And everything farther away that the darkness and clouds consume.

What a spectacular opportunity and sight! I like the Sky View Observatory much better than the Space Needle. It is inside and offers better views in my opinion. Marco was running the bar doing a marvelous job and Jesse, the head chef, has mad skills with the preparation and creation of cheese and meat plate. Theres a fancy name for it, but I cant remember what its called. Anyway, kudos! What a phenomenal experience and memorable birthday celebration for my hubby!

Great views from the tallest building in Seattle. Tickets are fairly pricey though cheaper than the Space Needle.Well worth a visit when in Seattle downtown. To be able to see Mt. Rainier and Mt. You can also have your photograph taken before entering the elevator and have it set to various iconic Seattle backgrounds for $30.00

It has been quite a few years since weve been here and they have really changed things. They now have 360 degree views as the entire 73rd floor is for the observatory when it used to only be about half the floor. There is a cafe with cocktails and food and board games to play if you want to chill for a bit. Cheaper than the Space Needle and much quicker since there is hardly a line to wait. Its the view on the 73th floor that counts. A full panoramic view of Seattle and all its surroundings on a beautiful clear sky is fabulous. You can purchase tickets online or on-the-spot. The experience starts in the elevator and once you reach the Observatory, the scenic view hits you. We saw ferries transporting cars, the highway traffic, the Space Needle and the Stadiums, the harbor and many more. It is very educational for the kids too. Food and beverage can be purchased while you enjoy the view. Parking is available on the street. A must-see place in Seattle in my humble opinion!

Definitely an underrated Seattle experience, for both out-of-towners and locals alike. Being in the north end of the Sound, we dont make it to Seattle very regularly, but were done for the day to celebrate a birthday. We opted for Sky Views evening sunset VIP option, which included a reserved window-side table overlooking the waterfront and city, flatbreads and drinks. This is an incredibly great value option for any kind of celebration. The flatbreads were very good, and we appreciated the drink variety. At the cafe, Mary and Jesse were absolutely awesome to interact with. Both were very friendly and personable, and they took extra steps to make the birthday night even more special. Huge shout out to both of them for all they did! Cafe aside, the view from the top is unbeatable, since youre at the highest point in the city. Admission is cheaper than other similar attractions, such as the Space Needle, and the experience up top is far better. The location is also great, as its close to the 5th Ave Theater, the Convention Center, and much more. This is definitely on our return to list!

We Parked at a parking lot next door and went up to a door that guided us to the observation deck entrance on the other side of the building which was helpful. Once inside, the lobby is dedicated to the just the observation deck, so no office workers are walking through. We paid at the counter, and found this place to be cheaper than the Space Needle. We then went up one elevator, got off one floor, this floor had a Starbucks on it which was a nice surprise. We then took a second elevator to the observation deck. After Getting Stamped on the hand we were greeted with the best view of Seattle in my opinion. It was cloudy on the horizon so we couldn’t see Mt. Rainier in the distance. But the View of the Skyline, Waterfront, Puget Sound, and the surrounding area were indescribable. There was also a small restaurant where we got drinks, and a gift shop with a few souvenirs. Twice as tall and half the cost of the Space Needle. Plus: a 360-view of the city and bay from the center of the action; great food at down to earth prices; view-rooms to hang out and play supplied games for as long as you want; explanations of the landmarks youre looking at painted on the interior walls; optional photos of your group with Bigfoot; and a fast, dedicated large bank of elevators that eliminates lines. Also, the Needle is nicer to look at than sit atop. One caveat: parking. As with most of the rest of downtown Seattle, a visitor can spend hours looking for street parking, park blocks away for an exorbitant price, or try to park in the heart of the action for an insanely expensive price and probably be turned down because the lot is full. Cities like this have merely to look to Provo, Utah to see how plentiful free parking turns a dying city center into a vibrant communal destination.

I can only suggest taking the trip up to the Sky Observatory. The price is okay, a lot lower than the Needle, which is visible and honestly kind of pathetic looking from over here. You can see all the water and mountain around the city, theres really only one tall building around that blocks a tiny bit of the view. Theres also a great bar on the observatory floor, and surprisingly cheap for being so far up, good for having lunch.
