I love the historic buildings...especially the Smith Tower.Seattle has a rich history... if youre not from Seattle, read Skid Row... and take a walk down 1st Avenue from Pike to Pioneer Square.Seattle... The Emerald City!!

Pioneer Square has some great shopping options, but unfortunately security is minimal and there is an abundance of crime in the area. I really think increasing police presence and enforcing the existing laws is neccisary as some people behave indecently throughout Pioneer Square.

Nice place to sit and relax...people watch and such. Live music sometimes by local musicians. Cool stuff!
