Such an iconic building for Seattle that you have to visit. I love that if you get the city pass, you can go twice within a 24 hour period. When I went for my first visit it was extremely foggy and you couldnt see anything. However, with the 24 hour time frame to visit twice, I went the next day and the weather was beautiful, but cloudy. Im so glad that they offer the city pass when visiting.

Always a good time, we were just waking around the park late at night, about 8:30pm, taking pictures and walking off our dinner. Staff rolling around on their Segues so you feel a little more secure. This park is amazing!!! Wow! Came across the fountain on total accident. Near the base of the space needle, past the Chiluly garden and around the corner from the Poetry Stones is this massive, gorgeous fountain that is coordinated to music. This was built in 1979, mind blown! Little children were running around the bowl, playing in the water and under the giant fountain made by the falling water. So peaceful, meditative and fun. This park, which seems to be the center of downtown Seattle is amazing

Entering the space needle was quick and easy I would recommend buying your tickets online to make it a bit easier. Free fun for the family. This was the perfect place to go on a hot day. With the Covid pandemic and all of the water parks and pool is closed, the fountain located at the Seattle center just underneath the space needle is still open. The grass is green and lush and soft. The kids and my dog had a blast. I had a blast as well. The water was cold but it was perfect in the 90° weather. It wasn’t super crowded. ITS FREE!!! The music plays and the fountain comes off and on, just super beautiful. We didn’t see any drug attic’s or paraphernalia like I was told in the past. I was also told homelessness is a problem here, I’ve probably seen two or three homeless people and they’re not sitting around the fountain there literally just minding their own business. This is a great place to go have a picnic and just hang out and let the kids have fun. Suggestion, wear comfortable shoes and not slippers or sandals if you plan on getting in the water. My feet were slipping and sliding in the sandals So I took them off and the ground there around the fountain gets a little tough on your feet and begins to hurt. I suggest a good pair of shoes you don’t mind getting super wet and have a good time.

Ive always loved the Pacific Science Center, and honestly, I still do...The one-star isnt THEIR fault, but just that its yet ANOTHER victim of Covid-World. Seeing the pools drained, and all quiet and dark, as its closed (as are ALL the buildings in the Seattle Center) was a sad, and disappointing experience.Seattle shouldnt have to be like this on Halloween, but better this than widespread new infections. I miss the old world...

Our waitress was really nice and friendly, the place was empty when my nephew and I arrived which was weird. I ordered the biscuits and gravy which I thought was really good. The only thing wrong was the biscuits had more of a bread texture than a biscuit. Otherwise the gravy was really good. My nephew ordered the corned beef and hash, which I tried a bite and it was very tasty! Big chunks of corned beef. Gave four stars because of the disappointment of the biscuits. Everything was good. I will definitely be coming back to try other items!

Still iconic and emblematic of Seattle in 2020. The bold promise and optimism of the 60s Space Needle and the reality that people are living in the rainy park nextdoor to a Climate Change Arena being built at great expense at almost no ones request. Compare and contrast the monument to rock and roll and sci-fi by the late billionaire to the self- indulgent aggrandizement of our newest overlord for your own enlightenment.

September 18th Friday will be our first day back open to the public for the Mopop museum. We will only be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 6 pm. Online tickets are encouraged. I had a great time at the Seattle Space Needle. We walked here from Pier 66 where we disembarked from a cruise and it didn’t take too long. There was a place to safely store luggage that made it very convenient for us. We then walked in and didn’t have to even wait in a line despite the fact it was a Saturday. There is some history facts on the walls as you walk in. The tour guides were all very nice and the view was spectacular. There are many free photo stations with different types of pictures they can take. There are two floors as well as a lower gift shop. Inside the gift shop there is a VR experience. It was not very realistic however the line was not too long and it was still interesting. Admission is $37. I would highly recommend if you have never had the chance to visit before and you have some extra time in Seattle.

There is a beautiful fountain, a stage that has a tile mural that’s beautiful. The grass is lush and inviting to sit and enjoy a picnic or just to rest. The Armory has a great selection of food as well as the exhibits they rotate. When I was there last it was about African Culture. Thats pretty much it.Wear comfortable shoes, youre going to stand in line a long time and be prepared for crowds. The restrooms are well maintained and clean inside the main gift shop. The Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens were on my bucket list. If its on your bucket list, plan ahead for parking (reasonable price if you park a block away), and doing a lot of walking. If I was in a wheelchair Im not sure I would have enjoyed it as much.
