Best spot to chill at night overlooking the Big Wheel or to simply enjoy the Seattle breeze day or night.

A hidden gem where you can enjoy the view of the Big Wheel, the waterfront, the cruise ships and the sea breeze. It gets crowded during day, so I suggest you go later in the afternoon when the sun is setting or when Seattle skylight lights up. Its gorgeous!!!
