One of my favorite small theaters in Seattle. I have seen great shows with fantastic acting. Very impressed with Theatre 22 as a company, who performs at this venue often.

Another shameless exploitation of artists on increasingly artist-hostile Capitol Hill. While they make it appear that this an arts hub, in fact it is affordable housing for anyone (not artists) with a bunch of private eateries and a couple of small theatres. Lame and offensive.#ToneDeaf.
