I had a wonderful experience when I attended the Hip-pop orchestra show. It’s clean and easy to get to - right by the University street station. Staff were courteous and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to pick up our tickets 30min before the show begun.

Went for the Seu Jorge David Bowie tribute. Incredible sound. There is always something special about being at the symphony. Benaroya Hall definitely has that magic. Highly recommend attending a show if given the opportunity!

Staff was super friendly and very well organized. Getting tickets from will call was a breeze. The seats were a bit worn but still comfortable. The sound and acoustics are amazing. They out on quite a show #symphony #orchestra and a few of the songs were downright ominous. Lots of dynamic range and foreboding tones. We loved it!

A beautiful hall with fantastic acoustics but few opportunities for people who don’t have a large disposable income. The opportunities that are available are not well advertised making this a place for the well to do. Not a responsible way to operate as a member of the community. If you are on a budget call the box office to ask when there are free events and check out the interior. The outside hall with cafes is open to the public but it’s cold and the seats seem designed to be uncomfortable.

It is a wonderful experience to be so closed to exceptionally talented people. Seen Lang Lang life, was a wonderful experience.We will come here with every opportunity.

Heard Bachs B minor mass here last night--it was a beautifully powerful experience! Sitting in the second row didnt give us the best aural experience as the sound from the whole orchestra and choir didnt have room to mix, but it was still fantastic. Benaroya Hall is a great venue with amazing sound.

It was a clean place and I enjoyed the performance. The ushers were nice enough if a little cold. The seats were nice and comfortable. The shops werent open which was a bummer. The sound was pretty good but the seats should have been labeled better. Overall it was pretty good.

The Seattle Symphony does a fantastic job of providing music education for every level. John is so engaging and really connects with the kids at tiny tots. We went back later that evening for Holiday Pops and left the kids with a sitter. The music was moving, engaging, and beautiful. The hall is stunning and decorated beautifully for the Holidays. Bravo to the education staff as well as the staff that puts on adult events.

Seattle’s prime venue for classical music, home to the Seattle Symphony. Great acoustics, good drinks (bring your sealable plastic cup to take it to your seat!). Parking is flat $20, but this is arguably one of the best connected blocks in town.

Beautiful venue! Wonderful performances each and every time! Wether your in the big hall, or the smaller hall, not a bad seat. Just breathtakingly beautiful!Son performed with our local youth symphony in the recital Hall and it was spectacular!

Gorgeous venue to spend the night listening to the Seattle Symphony Orchestra. The venue is beautiful and the Seattle Symphony plays like no other. Highly recommend if you havent been.

I saw a concert there recently and was very impressed. Beautiful venue, and great acoustics. Seating was very comfortable with easy restroom access. Garage parking Take the elevator up or down and opens to the inside entrance. Very beautiful lobby, there is a very nice cash bar there not sure if they were serving that day. Not sure if they take cash or just cards. Maybe invitational events are a host bar. Check with them first. Handicapped accessibility is excellent. We were escorted to ADA seats. Excellent service. There is no way you cannot enjoy a performance there. The hardest part is downtown Seattle traffic. We went to a Saturday matinee.

I went to see a Christmas choir performance, and the acoustics in Benaroya Hall are incredible. I believe I was in row GG towards the middle, the chairs arent too comfortable as its a very old theatre but the view is nice and theres balcony seating available as well. Highly recommend you visit this place for any symphonic or choir performances as the atmosphere is perfect for it.

The only symphony in Seattle. Serves its purpose . Messiah by Handel was quite quiet even in orchestra raw.

Small enough to have good seats all around so hardly any bad seating. There are little cafes before you get in so in case you forgot to eat before a performance, this is nice. Theres a parking garage directly underneath so easy to park. Great performances. Cant wait to go again!

Great acoustics and a good venue for both symphony and Art/Lectures events. The student tickets for SAL are $5-10 and get you a seat anywhere in the 2nd balcony and up -- fantastic for the price!!

Very nice Hall. I visited for New Years Eve Ball drop, it was a blast. For a concert hall, the seats are pretty large. There is a very nice foyer with upscale snack foods and a coat check. I had some quiche that was rather tastey.

Aesthetics to functionality, this concert hall has it all. Its modern in design having lighting seeping out if cracks and a more boxy shape. Functionally, the shape of the hall allows for strong sound projection from the stage. And more, I heard they have a specialized air conditioning system that is supposed to minimize any draft noise. And to further reinforce silence, all the doors in the near by area close slowly to avoid door noise. Its also very clean.Aside from the hall itself, the performances I have seen so far have all been held to a professional or slightly less than professional level. Its a great place to experience performers on the ultimate stage.

This concert hall is my favorite. There are no bad seats anywhere in the room and the acoustics are fantastic. The shows presented are wide and varying. Whether its seeing a presentation, live score of a movie, or a matter work if an old matter, I would highly recommend visiting.

Great venue to hear the Seattle Orchestra, singing, and view tap dancing performances. Acoustics are excellent. Food and drink available in the atrium outside of the main entrance. Parking ($15) was reasonable for the downtown area. Area restaurants difficult to get into without a reservation before the performance.

Great location for graduation - concerts. Derek Hough was suburb. Easy to find, great seats.

A magnificent performance hall with world-class acoustics! Easily accessible by bus with many dining options within easy walking distance. Great staff in box office and volunteers at the performances.

What a nice hall, enjoyed everything about it.

Beautiful main hall. Excellent seats, sound, and customer service. They do need to do better maintaining the restrooms, however; neither one I checked had soap so I borrowed wet wipes from one of the food vendors and got some hand sanitizer.

We went to Yiruma concert and it was amazing. The concert hall was beautiful!

Not a bad seat in the house. Very relaxing atmosphere. I didnt even know I was there for over 2 hours, of course that could have been due to Patti Smith! Comfortable and acoustics are spot on.

Great place to see music. Enjoying the Baroque and Wine series. All time favourite here was Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

Beautiful venue! I came here on a date with my boyfriend to see the empire strikes back while the orchestra performed the music. It was so incredible! If youve been wanting to check out some classical music or introduce your kids to it but dont know where to start. . . this is a great place to start. It will ignite your love of the classics by playing to pop culture!

Parking was reasonable for the event ($16) and the venue was very nice to see the Banff Mountain Film Festival. Just be careful on the drive because 3rd Ave at certain times is bus only traffic. Also entering the parking garage there is a bike lane that could be dangerous to cross, make sure to watch for cars, bikes and pedestrians. Have fun at your event.

I love the ambience there! Definitely a great place for cultural events. Had the An Evening with Neil Gaiman show and I absolutely loved it.

The venue was excellent in every way: comfort, seat location and sound. My wife and I had a great experience. Looking forward to the next concert.

A great place to enjoy the true art

Easy to get to, parking right next door, and wonderful acoustics. There are many vendors in the atrium for drinks and snacks, and lots of table seating, so come early and relax. However, on the Thursday night I attended a concert, only a few concessions were open, so the lines were long.

Good range of sight from most seats. Lots of available parking in the area though not free. Great acoustics in the hall.

Beautiful concert hall with underground parking at a reasonable rate. Wine and beverage bar, comfortable sitting with unobstructed views. A downtown jewel in Seattle, with chihuly chandeliers!

Nice, right venue for the Seattle Mens Chorus event. Parking is convenient. Foyers are large enough for the pre-show and intermission milling crowds. Glad that a few chairs were out for me & other Elders could sit down before the show started!

Went to see the Bowie Celebration here and was blown away at how nice this concert hall is. Had seats in the Founders Box section towards the back. The seats offer phenomenal views of the stage. If you live near a Link Station or main bus line, you can use them instead of driving. The station is just below Benaroya Hall, and you wont have to deal with the limited parking in the area.

Fabulous acoustics and all the seats are great. Experienced the Everett Chorale and others perform there recently including Beethovens 9th. Incredible.

Been here a few times for concerts and it has been nice. I highly recommend getting there prepaid parking reservation if you can. Just wish they would have turned the lights down just a tad more during the performance.

This is an amazing hall to hear music of all kinds. The symphony is amazing, of course, but the various other popular ensembles who visit are also well-served. If you have a chance to hear someone at Benaroya, take it!

What can I say about Benaroya that hasn’t already been said... I’ve been to a few events here, sat in a few different sections, and have had a pretty good view no matter where I was. Helpful, polite, cheerful staff. Great location surrounded by a ton of dinner options, though downtown does get quiet much earlier than you think it would... we tried to find a good dessert or drink spot after a performance one night, and everything was closing up. But still, a great night!

Our Beneroya is beautiful with wonderful sound and very comfortable seating!

See the annual holiday concert here every year. Always a nice experience. Staff is very nice and helpful. Carpeting is getting quite worn, especially on the stairways.

Parking is easy and the hall is amazing. There isnt a bad seat in the house. I have never left this venue without feeling like I got more than what I came for.

*The balcony and side seats provide a better overall view of the stage than the orchestra sections.*The parking garage is a nightmare to get out of after a show. It takes about an hour to get out if you parked on the top floors of the garage.

The acoustics are amazing. Been going for as long as I can remember.

The symphony last night was fantastic and cant wait ti go again. Had a wonderful time and will be back next month.

I ate at the deli there...I had vegetable chili. It was delicious and not terribly expensive. The service was excellent!

Ive been to several concerts here. The staff is excellent. The visuals are good. The sound is atrocious. Im not sure if its the acoustics of the building or the sound engineers who run the shows. But, its awful. For comparison I offer the Meyerson in Dallas, the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee, and the Musikverein in Vienna--all of which Ive been to for live performances. Ive also been to many high school and college auditoriums that sound better than this place. Ive attended at least eight concerts here for classical, jazz, etc., and they mostly disappoint--and I really WANT to like this place because its now near where I live. I truly wish I could give this place a better rating.

Watched Jurassic Park in Concert and it was amazing! Would love to see another movie with the Seattle Symphony playing!

Went for the SPU Sacred Sounds of Christmas. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the venue beautiful, the sound wonderful, and the show fantastic. Parking is plentiful both at the venue and in surrounding blocks. A nice way to spend an evening.

Absolutely love this place. I am volunteering as an usher here and every time I am impressed by people who work here, how nice and dedicated to the Symphony they are. The hall has great acoustics, the only thing I would change is the strength of AC, that make my ears freeze

This is a beautiful hall where music is all youll hear inside despite being in the middle of a busy downtown city. A sound engineering marvel and comfortable space to just sit back and enjoy.

Just amazing. Everything they do has such quality. Youll feel welcome by the great staff, the gorgeous setting and the cleanliness. Never have been to a bad performance.

Well, it’s the only symphony hall we have - so it’s great! As I’ve traveled I’ve realized this isn’t the most beautiful hall. Or the most historic. But it’s the most Seattle!

One of the iconic place in Seattle. The hall had good sound proofing. Theres a railway station underneath but you never feel anything. The acoustics are nice. People have varied opinion on where to sit. I like the center section aisles L through Z. But there are no bad seats. The sound is nice. Its just the visual of you are interested in.

Beautiful theater, seats could use some help, and maybe more bathrooms? Otherwise had a lovely time and the music was exquisite

This is an awesome hall. I come here whenever theres an event going on for PAX. Lights projected are beautiful and the screen in the middle isnt as high to hurt your neck when watching.

We had a really fun night watching the symphony do the led zeppelin tribute. It could have been over the top though... Georges guitar mix was really bad, just too quiet, like it wasnt even micd, at least until the final song. Youd expect Benaroya to have amazing sound but the guitars were just off. That said, it was a really fun, amazing night. All the musicians were incredible and it was a special treat to hear that music presented in that way.

I love the Seattle Symphony. Ive been here a dozen times or so and Ive enjoyed every time. The parking downtown can be a pain. There are a few regular homeless people right outside the building. But the actual building is incredible. The people are amazing. The music is moving. If you like to drink they have a great selection. I can not recommend this highly enough.

Bach and Telemann symphony at Benaroya Hall was amazing. I really enjoyed this wonderful performance.

Love Benaroya; really no bad seats but the seats are a bit narrow for bigger folks like me. Excellent acoustics, as you would expect. Easy to get to- light rail elevator takes you right inside. Parking onsite as well, but it fills up fast and can be slow to get out of.

Beautiful hall, though there are certainly bad seats for audio reasons. I wouldnt sit so close again. This space really depends on the accustic panels for sound transmission. And the drinks are extremely overpriced. (Even by professional sports and Seattle standards)

Beautiful place to see classical music! I took my nephew to a children’s concert that the Seattle symphony put on here and they had crafts and an instrument zoo in the lobby.

Beautiful concert hall home to a world class symphony The concerts are always really fantastic! Has food, drink, and souvenir shops inside, as well as gorgeous chihuly glass chandeliers. Central location is also walking distance from other restaurants in Seattle.

Clean, wonderful environment. The sound is impressive in the hall. Really enjoyed the concert we attended.

The Christmas Mozart concert was lovely. We booked a little late and were up in the second mezzanine, but even so, the experience didnt suffer, as I thought it was nonetheless a wonderful performance.

Saw Sarah Mclachlan perform and it was an outstanding evening, just amazing sound and our box seats were perfect!

This place is gorgeous ️. Definitely want to get there early for whatever show youre going to see. I highly recommend taking the lightrail as there is a stop just across the street. Dress code depends on the show.

Benaroya Hall is an beautiful venue designed for the delicate acoustics of symphonies, quartets, vocalists and pianists. I have been to Benaroya for all of these types of performances and also some Rock and Rap performances during PAX. I find that the venue is not well suited to the later types as the sound engineers have difficulty balancing the vocals over the instrumentals. The seats are quite comfortable and the ingress and egress points throughout the venue are well designed and thought out. The lobby is quite large and handles the influx of people quite well during intermissions and post performance.

Wonderful performance, great acoustics, but Founders Tier walkway/access seemed awkward.

This its a lovely Symphony Hall. Every event in Symphony that Ive been to is a magical experience.
