Really cool course. I’ve played there a dozen times and have yet to figure out the greens lol. I’m not a particular fan of tree lined fairways but I won’t mark them down for that. Great short course to work on your wedge game as well. Driving range is lacking, but it is there.

Beautiful over 55 community!

Older folks are really the best. Lots of friendly hand waving and willingness to engage in conversation. Very welcoming environment. I enjoyed myself.

Beautiful retirement home facility. Massive in size. Homes, condos and townhouses. Surrounded by I believe two 18 hole golf courses. Arts and music facilities. Food service. Coffee shop and bar. Clubhouse and tennis. They have it all. One major point. You must live here or be invited by a resident to get past security gate but, I highly recommend this place.

The villages

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent people.

I did not golf on this private course. I was invited for lunch, with three others in the clubhouse. The prices were moderate and the meal was delicious, in the light and airy dining room. The tables are placed comfortably apart.Three of us at the table order the vegan Impossible burger. It is served with a large order of double fried, fried potatoes. Double frying keeps the center soft and the surface crisp. Soft drinks are large and were freely refiled.Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Parking is free.

I would never want to live here. Parking can be a challenge as very few streets can accommodate more than two cars . If you love golfing I guess it would be a good place to live. One thing I will say it is nice and quiet here.

Great golf course. Downside is there is no beverage cart or snack shack. They do keep the course in great shape.

I worked there for 20 yrs and when I worked there we kept that place a class A golf course. When I went by there I was so disappointed they have let that golf course go from a class A golf course to a class F. Its really tough to see something you spent 20 yrs of your life keeping so nice & now its gone to below a muni golf course level. Theirs a lot of golf courses in the area that are way better & their open to the public. Id be ashamed to call that a Country Club.

Ive been visiting friends there for several years. We often stay overnight. There are so many activities available. The place is immaculate. The neighbors friendly and their restaurants are good and reasonable.. Everything is well maintained. A beautiful place to visit or live

Golf course review only.Club comes here every year to play. Really nice spot up in east hills. Good parkland layout and routing, and the course is playable for average guys.Yet, its surprisingly difficult to post a low score here. Thats a compliment, its not an easy course thats tricked up, just a good layout with enough challenge for all.Only 4 stars as it gets a lot of play, so conditions are good, not excellent.

Great community for over 55 living. Golf course, is open to non member play, call golf shop to set up, a good challenge for all levels of players. Very good condition, greens are better than most.

Love The Villages, its clean well planned out very well maintained theres deer and natural Quail running around, occasional turkeys just a great environment. Golf course is amazing, housing while not inexpensive is quality comfortable and offers a great quality of life.

Beautiful place, I work here and am too broke to ever own a home here when I retire. But I do appreciate the efforts all the staff makes on keeping the grounds prestine.

We eat here often. Generally, good food. Due to management’s ordering they often run out of specials even before 6:30! For instance, two years running they have run out of corned beef dinners very early on St Patrick’s Day. Wait staff is incredible!

My mom lives here. Its well-kept, but the HOA fees keep going up and up, currently at $850 a month! She doesnt golf and isnt super active for medical reasons, so shes not getting her moneys worth from that. There is a broken sewer line right outside her unit that backs up into her bathtub on holidays when everyone has guests, and they are not being proactive about fixing it. They could do better. But overall, its safe, its attractive, and they have lots of activities for those who can participate. Would be nice to have a lower rate for those who arent able to.

Great course and good people

Great hitting chipping and putting areas. Course is enjoyable and right now the greens might be playing the best around even rivaling cinnabar and any where else until one gets to the Olympic club or pebble. All in all if you get a chance to practice or play here take it

Every year the Villages puts on a great Thanksgiving dinner at a very good price. Residents and their guests have a good family type get together and no dishes to wash.

A great place to live, lots of activities, and clubs. But it might not be for everybody, rent for a few months before you buy.

Terrific Bistro and outdoor patio, and the dining room looks out on the first Fairway. Typically open to Residents and their guests, but there are many different golf opportunities and you can certainly get into the bistro that way
