By far my favorite trail in the entire SF Bay Area. This trail is beautiful no matter the time of day, dusk, or year. Parking is easy to find even on the busy weekends, the trail is easily accessible, and doesnt require much effort. There are multiple view points and stops along the trail with amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Golden Gate, and the Pacific Ocean. You can take the trail the full 2 miles to Sutro Baths or head to the labyrinth, take in the stunning views and turn around. I have done this trail at least 2 dozen times and its never lost its wow factor.

My hatchback rental car back window got broken into and thief’s stole my luggage. -Luckily it was mostly dirty clothing. Be careful out there, I was obviously a target since my car rental license plate was from Washington state.

Absolutely breathtaking views to labyrinth. It was tricky getting there since there has been so much rain recently, but we did just fine. No one was there for the long time it took us to walk the labyrinth. Its by far one of the best Ive walked, as Ive done probably 15 or so. Very powerful, well maintained. A very special treat for the Veterans visiting the hospital and anyone else wanting to experience. Thank you to all who created and maintain such a gem.

The most amazing views! A great place for an easy hike or walk adequate for all ages. You get to see the Golden Gate Bridge and the water hitting the rocks from within the tall trees. It has a very peaceful and magic vibe. I totally recommend visiting, I look forward to coming back.

Tucked away just southwest of Golden Gate Bridge is a gem called Lands End Labrynth. In all the time Ive lived in northern Cali I never stumbled across this place until now. I stumbled across it while looking for beaches to go to and found one of the most beautiful spots Ive seen in the San Fransisco area. There is a short hike down to the lookout/beach of which it has both. The beach is a epic little sand beach with very little traffic and some of the most beautiful landscapes you get to see from Cali. Right next to that is Lands End and a constructed stone labyrinth. The view from this low cliff looking back at the Golden Gate is surreal. Pictures looked like the backgrounds were paintings.Worth every second of the visit and short hike. If you are near Golden Gate, take some time and intentionally make this stop. You will not regret it.

What a cool spot to hike out to. This is a great spot to take photographs as well. With the bridge in the background or the maze. Depending on Karl( its what San Francisco calls the fog) it can make for some pretty interesting views of the bridge. This is a must visit spot for photographers if you have the time.

Beautiful scenery. My friends and I took a little less than an hour for the round trip from the parking lot near Sutro Baths (we took a lot of photos LOL). Be careful when walking towards the rock formation from the overlook (photo with us in the Asian squat position) because on a windy day, it was scary with the small unstable rocks.

This has been my favorite place to go hiking. I would start from the surrounding baths and go all the way up to lands end. There are little trails going to different areas with a different view which have all been amazing. I have gone during all times of the day and even afternoon and this place is just amazing and a great trail to go hike. You can go off trail as I said and wonder around just remember where you came from. You could walk around the neighborhood once off the trail and find your way to China Beach. Like I said its just a great place to go hike and plenty of different ways you can go. You could even end up all the way at the Golden Gate bridge. If youre a beginner you can do this just take your time and take breaks if you need to but for sure give this trail a shot because the view is just gorgeous.

A beautiful hike to amazing views - I highly recommend. However, do dress in layers because spots can get very windy and chilly, even when the sun is out - I was glad that in addition to my jacket I had my beanie and gloves. The trail started out wide but narrowed out as we descended down towards the labyrinth. I think there was also an easier, wide path to the labyrinth but always be cautious and aware if the path is right for you.

A scenic spot thats a bit out of the way. Ive lived in the Bay Area most of my life and hadnt visited it before. Im glad I did though, because its very nice. The view of the bridge and ocean are more reminiscent of a place on the North Coast than they are San Francisco. The labyrinth itself is made up of stones, with a spot in the very center where people have left trinkets, souvenirs, and whatever small items theyve wanted. There is one section of the labyrinth that goes right by the cliffs edge, so be careful if you walk it.

This is a must go place if you are visiting San Francisco. This place is quite an amalgamation of landforms like forest, rocky hill and a sandy beach...it has it all. We entered the place via entrance near the SF war memorial which comprised of a small trail with beautiful stairways up and down in the forest leading upto the scenic spot. The place took me by surprise with its freshness and beauty.
