Stayed for the first time this last weekend and it was AWESOME, Beautiful, Roomy Comfortable - Perfect Views from Roof/Sun Deck of the City especially on a date night.The Front Desk Rep - Cris was so friendly and very attentive.Only downfall is the parking - limited secure parking - if it is full you have to park on street - but We were able to get a parking in garage on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay.Love the SHOWER head! The bed/Mattress is extremely comfortable and my husband LOVED the couch.

They gave us champagne at check in. The rooms are well appointed. They have a tiny parking garage but at least you have parking on site. The elevator is European in style, tiny and with a wooden door on the outside. We liked the king size bed. You must drink coffee on the roof in the morning, the view of San Francisco is beautiful. You can glimpse the bay and parts of Fisherman’s Wharf from this roof.

I really enjoyed our stay here. Not 5 stars because parking is inadequate for the amount of rooms. Note the 4 star rating is for this hotel only. They are affiliated with Windham, which deserves negative stars. Awful, disrespectful company.

Really, really old inside. Noisy. Would have been horrible if the Cable cars were running. Right next to the tracks. Bathroom floor very slippery. But it is in a good location.

Called to find out if they have parking or anything about the amenities, but was told that they dont know because of covid.... What? How can you not know about the resort?Edit: I love how they responded and still did not provide any desired information about the resort... Not much of an improvement to just pass things along without trying to resolve a super basic issue.

Awesome roof top view. Location was right in the heart of Fishermans Wharf nicer area near Ghirardelis, Starbucks and the Hyde Street Trolley. The lobby is super modern and clean but the rooms need some upgrades.

Excellent location. We had room 300 and the view was amazing, could see Alcatraz and all the Bay.The cable car stops at the door and plenty of buses. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Aleisha rang another hotel for us to arrange a free car service. The suite itself was very spacious, bathroom was small but not a problem for us. The room was cleaned daily. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace. Overall an excellent stay, it might not be as modern and plush as some hotels, but makes up for this in other areas.

This place was clean, quiet, spacious suites, nice people. I love that there were TVs in the bedroom and the living room. The rooftop deck was SWEET!! Loved the old elevator too that was cute. The bathroom was a little tight, I mean the toilet paper roll was pressing on my back when I was using the toilet, but overall I loved the place. Great location too. Would absolutely choose again.

Loved the location of the hotel right where we wanted to be. No air con in the rooms but 2 ceiling fans which were ok if you can sleep with them on all night. All the amenities needed. Rooms made up daily.

Woke up noth nights by crying baby and people walki g around above us. Walls are paper this. View and location excellent just wish we had got more rest.

We seated here as family of four- main bedroom very comfortable - our two teens slept on the sofa bed which wasn’t quite so comfortable for them - filtered water and laundry on site - would recommend

Quirky little spot to use as home base for exploring the city. The location could not be much better. The living room and kitchen are great, but the bedroom and the bathroom are both a little tight and odd with windows out to the interior atrium area. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was helpful and you can walk or take a short ride to just about anything. Parking is very tight if you are bringing your own vehicle. Dont miss the view from the rooftop deck.

Location is perfect!!! A block from Ghirardelli Square, couple blocks from Fisherman’s Wharf, a cable car stop right in front... everything is pretty much within walking distance if you’re looking to stay in/around Fisherman’s Wharf/Embarcadero area. The room worked perfectly for us. There’s a full size kitchen so we were able to cook & saved us from eating out. But there are lots of places to eat around if cooking is not your jam. They have their own parking garage so that’s always good. Staff were all very nice too. We would stay again at this place whenever we return to San Francisco. Sooo very highly recommend this place.

Clean and comfortable 1 bedroom units. Staff friendly and helpful. Just 2 blocks up from Fishermans Wharf make this the perfect location for a trip to beautiful San Fran. Cable car runs right beside the building. Wonderful location. Cant wait to go back.

The location was fantastic, staff were super helpful and the rooftop terrace was amazing! The one bedroom suite was huge. This would defiantly be top of the list to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Suites at Fisherman’s Wharf! It was conveniently close to all the tourist sights. The rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed. Loved the coffee and popcorn!

A lovely welcome from all the staff, fantastic location in walking distance to many attractions ( Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39, Restaurants, Lombard St, Cable Car, Coit Tower, Bicycle hire), a spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and and a great rooftop balcony with views. The reception area with hot and cold drinks, fruit and lounges and the chocolate tasting on the day we left was a very welcome additive. We would definitely stay here again.

Big room, always like when we have a separate bed room.Our only issue is with the bed The mattress was like a waterbed almost.

The location of the property is unique being so close to Fisherman’s Wharf and on the cable car line. The staff were all excellent as well.

This hotel is extremely well located, the unit had everything we needed and the staff were all really helpful and friendly.The rooftop terrace looks right over Alcatraz and down toward fishermans wharf.Could not have been happier with this choice.

Relaxing place to stay great view from the balcony rooftop

This place is in the heart of San Francisco and the rooftop view is perfect for the evening sunset watching, but make sure and bring a glass of wine. Complimentary glass of champagne. Laundry facilities are decent and close to shops and tourist information.

The location of the hotel was amazing and the staff were helpful in so many ways

We were on the second floor and yea ppl can see in the bathroom and bedroom from outside n upstairs but there is privacy curtains... Had a view of alcatraz and the bay, very gorgeous. Area is very quiet and lovely. Starbucks right down the street as well as everything else up the street... Loved it!!!

Very clean and fairly well kept, needs very minor maintenance here and there but overall just a really good place to stay. Plus the location is is one of the best that S.F. has to offer for first time visitors. Also,the one bedroom suites were very large and open with full size refrigerator and pretty descent kitchenette, fully furnished as well, I would definitely stay here again! The staff were also very helpful and friendly which was a definite plus.

The only thing we did not like was the misleading info as far as the presentation goes because the pickup was late and we did not make the presentation on time

We enjoyed 2 days to The Suites at Fishermans Wharf this week. The Suites is only 1 block, a very short 2 minute walk to Fishermans Wharf, so a very convenient spot. The suites are spacious and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is small, shower over the bath. There is an internal courtyard which includes a computer and printer so you can print out airline boarding passes. Staff were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Room large with lots of space. Very clean and the staff on reception are super helpful and friendly. A little dated but dont let that put you off. When approached regarding the time share presentation a swift no was acknowledged and we werent asked again. The only negative was the lack of air con. Our room was very warm and the temp outside was about 22 degrees so not excessive temps. The fans in the room didnt cool it much. We would definately return though as we have never encountered such friendly staff. Thank you.

Absolutely one of the best time-share & hotel establishments to stay at during fleet week. The Blue Angels fly directly overhead when they make their entrance air show demonstration.

Two bedroom suite did not have a working heater, and it was a cold February night. The clock in the second bedroom had alarm clock set for 5am by who knows who, thus waking me up and turning what otherwise would have been a pleasant stay into not so pleasant. Considering that good night sleep is essential, I am quite disappointed with the stay considering the overall rating of the hotel.

Third time visiting and its still a great place. A block from Fishermans Wharf and great restaurants. Theres also a CVS a couple of blocks away. A Starbucks a block away as well. Cable car starts right in front of the building. Love this place.

Beautiful location. The interior and rooms are a bit dated. No air con. Uncomfortable beds and couches. It’s so hard to beat the location which is why it gets 4 Stars. So close to all of the fantastic tourist attractions that San Francisco has to offer

Arrived at the Suites on Saturday, the staff (Chris in particular) made us immediately feel welcomed. Throughout our stay they were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was spacious and more than what we were expecting! We highly recommend this place! We hope to see you again! Thank You Chris

The lobby when you get in seems simple and homey and having employees who are very helpful and courteous comes a long way. We stayed for only one night but its probably the best overnight stay Ive had. Not only are the beds comfortable, rooms spacious, and views amazing but you also get to have a patio on the top floor to see down towards the pier and take some breath taking photographs with. The location is also perfect as its right near the pier, about 2 blocks from Gihrardelli square, and if youre hungry from some bay area seafood, you can head straight down the road to go to the local areas to eat and get some San Francisco clam chowder. Overall Ive had a great night and a great stay so I definitely recommend this place!

Quaint little place. Location is just unbeatable. Walking distance to the embarcadero and the whats. Rooms and elevator are dated but the location makes it worthwhile. Cable car and buses are easily accessable.

Overall nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be the sofa bed and rollaway are pretty bad, but thats typical for most hotels. Great location two blocks from Fishermans Wharf.

Great location , very helpful and friendly staff , also the computer on level 1 was excellent to keep up on admin tasks . Initiially I thought the car parking per day was expensive , but then seeing the hourly parking charges around SF changed my mind .

Lovely rooms in a prime location. Cable car stop just outside the hotel, or just steps away from the Hyde Street Pier. The staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant including finding a parking spot in the limited spaces in the garage. Would definitely recommend this spot if staying in SF.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a quick timeshare vacation. The people who work here are great and the location is wonderful. The room shows its age but at least they give you free hot chocolate.

Location location location!! Needs some repairs here and there, but their maintenance guys were fast as lightning to respond. Quiet as can be, the only signs of other occupants were the occasional passing in the lobby, and of course the ones above us we could hear occasional walking or chair movement. Kids stayed here but no noise would let you know. The parking is available, very crowded, and you must leave a key with the front desk to move your car around if need be ( they never had to move ours the whole week) . But of course you have to pay for the parking, its cheaper there than anywhere else. Parking is not guaranteed, its first come first assigned, but one you get it, you have in and out privileges. The only problem I was unhappy with was the employees smoking in the basement-- could be smelled throughout the facility and up to our area on 2 ND floor, AND... Car exhaust travelled all throughout the facility! They need double doors and some exhaust fan to suck the exhaust to outdoors before it enters the facility through the always opened doorway to garage. Staff Stephen, Ace, Chris very friendly/ helpful. This is a No Extras place. No activities, no services except​ maybe the very basic ( like their concierge was a little desk in middle of the lobby but I had only seen it occupied one time about 5 days into our 7 day visit). But the location makes up for it all. We would return here easily!

Great location! Rooftop deck and decks have awesome views! Rooms are a little run down and walls are thin but right off Powell street trolley line and walking distance to Embarcadero! Big livingroom.

Parking is a nightmare on the street, their parking garage is almost $30 a day, and very cramped

Do you need to park? DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE. The parking was terrible, and it was because the workers were taking up the whole space.The location is nice thats about it.The hotel employees were not accommodating when we had problems with our credit card that was on their end. To check in and check out as well was a long process. The maid never gave us new towels and we stayed for 4 days. Overall the customer service is poor.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms with a kitchen and a balcony. Walking distance to Fishermans Wharf and the cable car. There is even a roof top terrace where you can see the bay bridge and the Golden Gate.

Our suite was very nice & included a small, fully equipped kitchen. Bus and cable car stops right outside at the corner so getting around the city is very easy.

Stayed at the Suites at Fishermans Wharf March 2017 while visiting the Bay area. Room was clean, spacious and ours had a balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The beds where very comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The best part of this hotel was is proximity to everything including Wharf, trolley, Ghirardelli Square etc.

The room was great but no breakfast served in the mornings.
