This is a pretty neat movie theater. They have a lot of artifacts and pieces from various movie sets. They have a lot of choice for food and drink. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The facility is kept meticulously clean. All of the seating is assigned seating and reserved seating. They offer recliners with trays in the theater. You can order food that’s essentially your dinner to eat during the movie. Great views, great sound, and high definition screens. Everything that makes with movie theater enjoyable.

What a difference a renovation makes! The self-dispensing touch screen kiosk outside makes buying tickets a snap, even if checking in with them when you enter to your immediate right is a little strange. The lobby looks like you entered a palace, and a full bar on your left is staffed with well dressed bartenders. Restrooms are clean and roomy. The reclining seats actually recline fully, even the headrest section! The renovations are gorgeous, and the theaters even have decent walking room in the aisles. Enjoy your movie at this place.

I have been going to this theater since 1976. I loved going and have seen alot of changes- all of them great. I did find myself having to drive by and get my tickets a few days ahead of the show because you were so popular . When the covid hit things really changed for me. Compared to the Palladium, I prefer the social distancing at the Palladium. Youre theaters are now to small for me and tickets are pricey. At the Palladium tickets are cheaper, the seats are great because the foot rest actually gos all the way up, and the selection of movies is ever changing, because I go every week and need new movies to see. Drinks have free refills, no matter what size. Love Love Love !!!!!Santikos I am sold on you !!!! I had several bad experiences at the Embassy where I went in and the person checking tickets was no where to be found . You need to be there especially at the time the movies starts. If you want to chat with the security guard or youre other coworkers, please do it on youre time. Im just trying to get in to see my movie .

We had the whole theater to ourselves. Purchasing tickets was a little different using the touch screen but easy enough. Seats were real nice. Drinks waaaay over priced $7 for a 44oz drink....ridiculous.

This place is awesome! Its my favorite movie theater to go to watch any movie.

Always a fun experience, although the theater wasnt cleaned from the movie prior. My seat was full of popcorn and grease stains. Had to go get napkins and squeeze sanitizer and clean them myself before sitting down.

Pulling up I initially thought this was going to be a hole in the wall. I was wrong! This theater although small is quite the gem. Definitely my to go theater, book in advance features get booked fast.

Best theater in San Antonio because of the reclining seats and menu.. my favorite item is the salsa and queso but everything Ive had has been good! I like this location more than the other Santikos locations - the queso is best here.

Probably the best bang for your buck for a movie theatre in the city. The seats are comfortable recliners, the decor feels elegant and features props from famous movies. The bar and food options are varied and yummy. The Santikos service has always been great. All of this for a lower price than most north side theaters.

I love this place. Huge, comfy, reclining seats with a little table for each seat. Great food and drink options. Crazy expensive, but that is the norm for going to the movies.

Loved the decor inside! I dont think it had a game room, but there was definitely a bar. Great vibe and great customer service! We got offered a coupon for free popcorn by taking a short survey. Santikos definitely shows that they care about their employees and their customers!

Let me tell you about Santikos Entertainment Embassy. This is an establishment that goes above and beyond for its constituents. The staff is well prepared for any incident. From that time I saw a little girl throw up, to that time I saw an old man throw up. These people are ready for anything! The snack bar is fully furnished to quench the desires of any wandering stranger. The soda machines bring the fountain of life back to reality with the touch of a button. And lest we forget about the seats! The culmination of all mankind can only be summed up into the full force of comfort that the Embassy has brought to the masses. Theaters just full of reclining chairs. Brings tears to anyones eyes at its beauty and wonder. Yes, I would definitely have to give, nay, bestow upon this establishment a 5/5.

One of our favorite movie theaters to go to! Its never overly busy, unless its opening weekend for a big movie. We hosted a premiere showing one weekend for our clients when Frozen 2 came out. The process was easy and smooth to set up and we were pleased with how everything came together. The large reclining seats are super comfortable, especially during the longer movies!Dont skip out on this place, its everything you need for a family friendly time or date night!

This theater received an upgrade a couple of years ago. It has reclining seats, a full service bar and kitchen. I enjoy this theater because it is more intimate than the larger Palladium and Silverado theaters. Its a great theater for a date or to bring the family. The restrooms are well maintained and the staff does a good job keeping the theater clean.

This location has had major renovations over the past few years. I had not been in a while but the decor and set up is very nice. I love the lobby/bar area the most.Thankfully the the recliner seats are very comfortable. And whenever I find clean, well maintained and large bathrooms I am happy.Aside from the good popcorn I did not try any other food items.

The Whole place was designed beautifully. Very clean and comfortable lobby area. The theater itself was small but yet the perfect size and space to feel comfortable. The seats are awesome and recline nicely.

Really nice place and the chair was so comfy. All they need is waiters or waitresses to bring you the food. I would tip if they can make it happen. Would go back again. Best day is Wednesday. Very few people. Customer service was great.

This is my favorite theater in the area! Seats are comfortable and we always have such a good time. Concession food isn’t great more like a sporting event concessions.

A nice upscale movie house with many amenities. The theaters are chilly which makes you think maybe you should have rented the blanket for $10. It is important to check the website daily as a movie showing may get canceled. This is very disappointing after driving 60+ minutes (45 miles) to the theater because they are the only theater showing the film.

Easily my favorite theater in town. The recliner seats and separation of rows is perfect for movie watching. The only difficult part here is reserving a seat. Weekends will easily be sold out due to lower number of seats in the theater.I usually get my tickets a couple hours in advanced, and that can be a gamble sometimes too. Popcorn is always hot and the drinks are refillable yourself, so you dont have to wait in line when you want more Coke in the middle of a movie. Highly recommend this theater!

Santikos has really awesome recliner seats and great concessions. We really like to purchase our tickets with assigned seating online ahead of our arrival. You can sign up for santikos rewards to earn free tickets or concession.

I really love this theater; however, pleased with how dirty it has been lately. What appreciate having the seats wiped down, napkins and food cleaned up before the next film starts. It is an eating environment after all. Thank you!

The seats were comfy, and the movie watching area was super clean. The pretzel and dipping sauces were surprisingly good especially for movie food. Had a great time watching Midway.

After the remodel, this place is incredible. Great bar, unlimited soda refills and the seats that recline with an arm that comes up if you have a wife or lady friend is outstanding. Keep up the great work. Ill definitely be coming back and if you havent been, you should. This place definitely wont disappoint.

This is my favorite theater on the north-side of San Antonio. They had a major renovation the past couple of years and it has payed off. Checking in with them when you enter to your immediate right is a little strange if you bought tickets online in advance. I usually skip the check in and show my digital ticket/reservation only if needed. The renovation of the lobby was well done and a full bar on your left is staffed with well dressed bartenders. The restrooms are clean and roomy. The reclining seats actually recline fully. The renovations are gorgeous, and the theaters even have decent walking room in the aisles. The only downside of the renovations is that the number of seats in the theaters are smaller. If you plan on seeing a new movie on opening weekend, make sure to but tickets a couple of days in advance, obviously.

Great atmosphere; always neat and clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They show a good variety of movies.

I loved the (all vegan) grilled vegetables, warm pita and hummus. Had iced tea. But love hot tea more. Staff SUPER friendly! Seats really recline and an elevated electronic foot rest and adjustable tray for your FOOD OMG! Went with my beautiful cousin to see Rocket Man (A+++) and felt like a sultana!

On our 25th anniversary my bride wanted to see Mary Poppin Returns and we couldnt have picked a more beautiful theater!

Embassy Santikos is the most relaxing place to go to see a movie.

I use to hate this place but it was remodeled a while back and is my new favorite movie theater! The theaters are smaller with nice reclining love seats so there is less chance to be with noisy mouth breathers. The bar has an amazing frozen hibiscus margarita that I always get. The parmesan French fries are also a great snack!

I enjoyed my experience there. The food was good. I ordered a burger and fries and it was better than I expected it to be. The recliner seats were comfortable and there was plenty of room to come and go without bumping into a lot of people. Seats fill up quickly...Planning and reserving seats ahead of time is highly recommended due to the smaller size of the room. However I do like the stress free experience of knowing my seat is there for me and I dont have to wait in super long lines in hopes of getting the seat I want.

Free drink refills, reclining seats (bring your cuddle blanket), awesome drinks, try the deluxe nachos, you wont be disappointed. This has been and will continue to be our go-to movie theater, even though we have to drive 20 minutes to get there.

This is my favorite theater. Wide isles and comfortable recliners in small theaters so there are no bad seats. A decent menu for a theater and a bar that allows you to take your actual glass glass into the theater with you. The place is always clean, the service always friendly and the atmosphere screams with movie history. Even if this theater is out of the way, its worth the drive.

Movie & seating was great! While at the concession stand waiting to get popcorn we spotted a cricket just chillin on a whole pepperoni pizza. We let the management know and he said he would look into it. Needless to say when i went back to the concession stand for a refill the pizza was still there with a slice missing where the cricket was. Hopefully they disposed of it and did not serve it. Im sure crickets are a delicacy somewhere

Came to see Maleficent, was a good movie, everyone was respectful, and the staff were all friendly! Came out with our little girl who slept the whole movie and thankfully the seat next to us was open so she could sleep peacefully lol.

This theater may not be 2 stories tall and have all the flashing lights, but it does have nice enjoyable seating, kind employees and your theater fixings. Seen many movies there, love the lobby of its memorabilia of certain movies

I arrived for my show at 2:10pm, in cinema 11 seat E2 and found that a large handrail obstructed my view. When I mentioned this to a manager I was quickly apologized to and a rain-check ticket was issued for later today, and I was asked which available seat I would like. Now that is Customer Service at its very best. The manager explained that they are aware of it and will rectify it at the earliest opportunity. This customer service experience is exceptional. Thank you.

This is a really great theatre. The food is not 5-star food, not sure you should expect this at a movie theatre.

I feel this is the best looking movie theater Ive been it, with their luxurious waiting area seats and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. There is a bar and snack area... something for everyone. They have the reclining seats that feel like leather, with a snack tray attached. Very Nice!! My favorite movie theater.

We love this place. It’s got a good concession stand and a variety of drinks. You fill up with whatever flavors you want. They have recliner seats that are comfortable and reserved seating makes it easy to get a seat where you want (provided your show is not full).

Reclining, comfy seats and delicious menu items make it a great viewing experience. The huge, hot pretzel with dipping sauce is delicious.

Spacious rows, reclining seats. I think they could improve their AC system. Last movie I saw was like 80 degrees inside. Just couldnt handle the amount of people in the room. Otherwise a great theater, as expected from Santikos.

Really well done theater remodel. The seats are a game changer and really improve the movie experience. Even the smaller screens are super clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed everything about the experience and find myself even considering it over the Drafthouse on most of our trips to the theater now.

The movie theater is very nice and upscale but I felt like there was a bait and switch. I was expecting a dine-in meal while I watched the movie, like you get at the Drafthouse or some other santikos. But Nope. You have nice chairs with food trays but have the typical movie theater concession stand.

Very nice facility. Prices are better than alamo drafthouse, but the prices are still high at the concession stand.

The seating is great. The reclining chairs come with trays so you have somewhere to place your food. Some of the seats are love seats where you can remove the middle arm rest to create more room between. They have a variety of things to eat: popcorn, pizza, candy, fried cheese sticks. Ect.

This movie theater is nice. The only thing that makes it a sort of ghetto place is the people. Some Ghetto people from he south and west side are coming to this movie theater making it feel hood. Some of these people should stay in their neighborhoods

The recliners are nice and tickets arent expensive at all! The free ticket reward redemption is a little frustrating though, I have 2 free tickets that I cant use on the app, which means booking ahead of time is out of the question.

Saw Captain Marvel - YEAH!!We love Embassy Oaks. Its a smaller theater complex than most in San Antonio.We enjoy the more peaceful atmosphere.The film was excellent! I love that there are so many female role models in films and on television lately.

I remember when I was much younger thinking how much this theater sucked and how I never wanted to go there. Boy has it changed! This is now my go-to theater. It’s been completely renovated. Most, if not all, the auditoriums have recliner seats. The concessions have been upgraded as well.

Love this movie theater, free refills of popcorn, soda. The auditoriums are great and have retractable seats. Get the app to buy Assigned seating and to vuy tickets form the app too. Was just renovated over a year a go and is much nicer than before.
