Modern theater with comfortable reclining seats is modern and very clean. Always a pleasure going there.

Another nicely renovated Santikos theater. I hadnt been to this location in years but i think Ill add it to the list of theaters I frequent. Its in a nice quiet spot, reclining seats in the theater are very comfortable and have tray tables for your food and drinks. Also, Concession prices arent outrageous. They have a small bar with a nice choice of drinks. Food options are pretty typical for a theater. Small arcade area located inside to pass the time while you wait for your movie to start.

Love going to North West 14. I just love the atmosphere nice and clean. Great sound and picture recommend it

The theater is clean and well maintained. The popcorn was fresh and the soft drinks cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Totally renovated theater. Features include an extended menu, including beer and cocktails. The seats are thickly padded and have reclining capabilities with a swing arm table to place your food and beverage. Great screen projection and hi-fi surround sound.

From the purchase of our tickets, to concessions, as well as watching the movie itself, the customer service provided was kind and very professional. The theater itself was really clean too. Will definitely be back for another movie!

First time there and I loved the recliner seats. It was so comfortable that I felt asleep for a few minutes. You have a tray for your food and drinks. Very nice. Of course the snack prices are outrageous but thats at every theater.

Its great to come to Santikos Entertainment. I love when you buy a Pop corn and a drink. You can get free refills. Love it.

Actually was surprised of how nice it is, not to big but still has comfortable seating with recliners. They had pizza, pretzels, pickles, even beer too. I think early in the day too they have a deal for tickets at 6 dollars each basically.

The theater was clean and had helpful staff. Love the comfort their recliner seats provided. My food was delicious and made to order. Only problems were the frozen drink machine was not working and the popcorn had so much salt on it that it was inedible.

One of the best theaters Ive been too. Great seats. Clean. Enjoy the double cup holders and the food trays. This is one of my favorites to enjoy a movie at.

I tell you what. This place used to be in bad shape. We went here to see a movie that was not being shown in many theaters. I was not expecting much. But the remodel looks great. The basic structure is still the same from when I was a kid so it has high nostalgia value here. They have added a bar, which looks great, some tall tables and communal seating too. Lighting is excellent. Theaters have new seats. I was really impressed with this place. This may be or new theater even though we live closer to Casablanca. Its great to see Santikos not let this place get away. Great job! Ill be back, no doubt.

Very nice and clean. Very few people were here on my visit so we had the theatre all to ourselves. Prices were pretty competitive compared to the major chains. You can definitely see the age showing, but it sent me on a nostalgia trip so I would count it as a positive. Will definitely be returning!

I had a great time at the meeting movies! I didnt really care for the self service ticket station but everything else was really nice. The chairs are super comfy, staff was fast, and it was the perfect in the cut little get away.

From what I understand this theater has been recently renovated. Definitely not appealing from the outside but the lobby and actual theater rooms are nice. Self serve popcorn and soda stations are cool, we went in the early afternoon so it was not busy at all. I can see how it might be more annoying waiting during busier times. Great matinee price, just under $6 for a ticket. Pretty awesome considering the theaters have such nice recliner seats with tables.

Santikos are always the best in San Antonio. Free drink refills and now (at this location at least) you fill up your own popcorn too! A very nice touch. And the seats are the comfy reclining ones.

The remodel is nice! It is not as fancy as some other of the Santikos but we like to go here because the crowds are less and we still feel comfortable and enjoy the movie.

I like this theatre because it is more quaint than others in San Antonio. It’s a good spot if your just in the mood for watching a movie and want to go somewhere low key. Now that it’s been remodeled they have a bar and reclining seats among other amenities.

The movie going experience was great. I have no issues with it. On the contrary, the seats recline and you have a small table in front of you to put your snacks on. The screen is never at a weird angle, no matter which seat you take. The only problem I have is with the automated ticket teller. They replaced actual human beings for touch screen computers that allow you to buy your tickets. Wow, and introvert might say. I dont need to speak with anyone. Well, for one, 3 out of the 4 computers were down so only one was available. Imagine the line on that one. Also, I couldnt even speak to someone for help on redeeming a free ticket that the computer didnt even give me the option to insert. Overall, good experience. Hope that the computers are up and running whenever you go.

So from what I remember in 2013 they have upgraded this place on so many levels and its wonderful omg the seats then self server option the theaters are upgraded and well worth 7.00

I like this theater. Always good service there. Only one thing is there was hair in the popcorn dispenser. I reported it. Management came over quickly and took care of it. They empty all the popcorn, clean the dispenser and added new popcorn.

The team here at Santikos Northwest knows how to take care of their customers. They went above and beyond tonight to make sure we got to see our movie. It’s refreshing to be treated so well!

Great theater. So spacious and lots of room to walk in front of seats if you need to get up. The chairs recline and also have a small table to slide in front of you. Will be going back to this place!

I used to go to this theater as a kid and it has changed a lot, for the better. The remodel looks amazing. Still good prices and amazing recliners. Im thinking about switching from AMC to Santikos.

Santikos, has always been a Fantastic theater 4 the whole Family. Would recommend it 2 the entire public. Been coming 2 this theater 4 over 17 years just keeps getting better.

Really like the new set up after the remodeling at Santikos Northwest theaters. You now basically have self-serve popcorn after you pay for it and self pay Kiosk for the tickets. And the seats are very very comfortable.

Just need the management needs to also help out as far as stepping up and helping with customer service. Moving the lines to run much smoother, your employees needs some help as well.

Love that they have recliner seats and the popcorn station is really cool. You push a button to get your own popcorn and can add butter and salt as you add popcorn to your bucket. The only thing is Idk how old the popcorn is, and I love FRESH popcorn!! But it did taste alright.

They changed the style for the better! Each row has enough space to lay back with your feet out and still when others pass buy. Chair leg up where you manually adjust on your personal choice! Worth the place to watch movies especially even you take the first row

Theatre sounded and looked great. Only complaint is theres no line structure at the concession counter and was cut in front of numerous times.

Out of towner here.. so this is my take after one visit. Nice and comfortable reclining seats with nice swivel-in/swivel-out table-top for your food and drink. Film presentation was high quality with high quality sound as well. The lobby was a little warm...I think the a/c was busted (thankfully not in the auditorium). Crowd and neighborhood seems kind of sketchy. Not sure I would feel comfortable here for nighttime shows.

I love this theater it used to look so bad a couple of years back but now its nice. You can serve your own popcorn and soda, they have reclining chairs with a drink holder and little table you can put your popcorn on. It is really nice and affordable they also use the money they earn to put back into the community oh and dont forget about free movies during the summer!

Hadn’t been here in years ended up there on a chance and loved it. Clean. Courteous staff. Refill on popcorn and drinks was the best part definitely will be back again next week.

This has been the closest movie theater to me in the last 10+ years and it has been upgraded throughout in the last two years and have made significant changes and it is amazing and tonight I saw the movies cats and it was a long musical and I enjoyed every minute of it.

The managers are amazing. Seatscare comfortable. After going here, cant imagine going anywhere else

Went to see Toy Story $5.50 after the new remodel (July 2019). I am amazed! Great reclining seats, HUGE Frito pie for $8.50 (feeds 4 people), and super friendly staff. Only con is there’s a wait for hot popcorn. I’m returning this weekend for Lion King!

Our absolute favorite theater! Weve been going here for the past year but another theater closer to us was renovated recently so we tried it out today. I was not impressed! Poor customer service and no self serve popcorn, drinks and icees! Santikos Northwest has us spoiled! Well definitely continue going to Santikos Northwest, customer service is always pleasant, love the bar, and its always clean. Love the rewards program also!

Holy cow. They did a wonderful job at remodeling this place. What I like the most about this movie theater is the recliners. You get more comfortable. You enjoy a movie better. I dont think Ill ever go to a theater if it doesnt have recliners. The sound was out of this world. It rattled the whole place. Thats how you watch a movie.

My daughter and I love coming here, despite the drafthouse being closer to us. The seats are comfy and the price is the biggest perk. Restrooms are on both side of the theatre.

Excellent experience!!! Fun games before the movie started. Friendly and professional staff. Easy access to tickets and seating. Comfortable seats that recline with a tray table for each seat. Great screen and sound without any glitches on either. Superb experience and would not only recommend but definitely would return.

It has since received a major upgrade in the inside. The lobby is modern and the game section is real nice, my kids enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the self serve drink and popcorn concession. The theaters are also so nice and the seats are all reclining, leather, oversized and all have a tray attached that is easily movable for easy in and out. We will definitely be back!

Interesting I wasnt aware that the seating was assigned. As I was asked to move from a couple who made a big stink over seating in a empty theater. I guess this is the New wave. Man. I have always liked to go to the cinemas of santikos, they have never disappointed me till i went here. I been at casa blanca (my fav), Silverado, Paladium and many others, but the last 2 times I have been to Northwest it has not been very pleasant, I always buy my tickets online and before entering at the auditorium me and my wife take the food or popcorns, drinks and all that and then I show my phone with the mail receipt and usually very kindly they show me the way to the correct auditorium, but in northwest it is unfortunately not so. I show my phone with my tickets (I have been asked to show my ID and the card with which I bought the tickets) this never happens to me in any other cinema only in northwest and it is annoying for me because I have to find a way to put my food on the floor or some seat to be able to search my wallet for what the person checking the tickets asks me. Thats why my low score

I love it! Very handicap accessible with wheelchair spaces and adjacent family seating. Drinks and popcorn can be refilled. Family atmosphere. Santikos contributes to the community.

I dont usually come here due to my last experience. Thought maybe they would have gotten better. Nope. The popcorn is old and the bathrooms are filthy. Bexar county jail has cleaner bathrooms. Is it really that hard to keep it clean? I only recommend this place if this was the last movie theater in san Antonio.

This is the entertainment weve been waiting for in Schertz. Tremendous theater, beautiful bowling Lanes, great games, exquisite design. A really great entertainment venue for everyone to enjoy. So thankful to have Santikos in our area. Go try it out. Youll love it.

I love this theater! It’s small and it was recently renovated. I am enjoying the nice seats while they are still nice haha. I enjoy how non hectic this theater is. Other theaters are too focused and being bigger and offering more but to me less IS more.

Doesnt look great from the outside but its the opposite in the inside. Great and clean environment. We like to think this is our hidden gem as not many people are running towards this theater. Theyve got cheap tickets before 2PM on weekdays. Fill your own popcorn and a giant selection of drinks from just one price. Oh! Reclining seats and reserved seating are also available at the theater! Youre spoiled after everything you get for the price.

Who decided to redo the theatre made a wise choice. The whole experience was amazing. From walking in to seating in my seat I was in awe with the new layout. The drink station is a great idea and the popcorn station. Ill definitely choose this theatre to go to when a new movie comes out.

WOW! and SO COOL! are what i can say about this theater. They did a major renovation! They got all new seats that are super wide, red leather type material. Each seat has a swing out table with a cup holder. Plus THE SEATS RECLINE!! Other cool features are that you can dispense your own popcorn! Its neater than it sounds, plus it now has those sodas machines were you can pick anything. Something else too is the cool new bar and the pizza. I already liked this theater because it was always available, centeralized for me and my family, it not busy busy, and cheaper yet comfortable to be at. Other than the selected seated (not a fan) I now love this place. Thank you Santikos!

This theater is much nicer after the renovations! Great picture and great sound now. The reclining chairs are definitely a big plus too :) Ill be coming here more often.
