It had been a while because of the Covid19 since we taken our kids back to the theater and enjoy a movie. At our surprise, Evan the cashier said that we dont accept cash because we dont know where it has been in contact with and they only take credit cards, which I told told him what is the difference with the difference credit card ( I still had to hand it to him the credit card) you dont know where I have used the card or hand it to who?Santikos needs to come with better explanation or techniques to pay for food.

We just went here the other night to see a movie. The theater was clean, no sticky floor, the recliners were super comfortable.The food here is fantastic,great cocktails and popcorn.All in all a great date night.Plenty of parking.

Wife, daughter and I saw a great movie, Croods, and had popcorn, drinks and candy. Everything seemed clean and safe. Not many people in our theater.Very good experience!

Always a great place to go! Just realized that some of the AVS seating allows you to get close and snuggle because the middle drink holder lifts up, and you still get to recline. Santikos is very active in the San Antonio community and I support them during this difficult time because of that and because they are a local chain. In addition, the popcorn is always amazing, even if you go pick up a bucket to eat at home.

I just wanted to say everything about the Palladium has me dancing in my seat. I go every week !!!! Prices, Movie Selections, food, and Staff are Awesome. I am a nurse and am thankful for the social distancingwith the seats in your hugetheaters. I feel safe and so do my friends. Keep up the good work♡♡♡

This is a very nice theater. Very clean, the staff is friendly, enough. However, Ive just learned I dont care for surround sound & chair quaking during my movies. Lived in SF Bay area too long, I guess. If thats your thing definitely check it out.

To be honest sometimes i go to sit and chat here. The food is good enough and hey movies.

Palladium has a private theater to rent out for $250 and a additional $10 for every person who wants to participate or attend. (Scamish) if you ask me. However if rented for video game purposes. DO NOT DO IT!! They were unable to set mode to Game. (Anybody who games knows how bad the latency is without it.).. so 2 hours for $350 plus (OH!) they added an extra hour due to no internet connection... I do not recommend anyone to rent a theater for 250+(plus $10 additional person) overall Experience. (Staff was amazing tho!) Just didnt know much about how to fix problem.

They have leather, electric reclining seats, with little table tops that swing in. You can get your snack on in a big way. Not to mention they have a pretty awesome arcade, bar, and restaurant inside the theater. Before Casa Blanca, this was the nicest place to watch a movie, now its one of the two best places to watch movies. Sorry AMC & Regal.

Great ambiance, comfortable and roomy seats and theatres. The food and drink options, including adult beverages were good along with the prices.

The Palladium has recently been remodeled and has regained the title of best movie theater experience in San Antonio. The theaters now feature recliners - which means the movie better be pretty good or you are going to have an expensive nap. The Mezzanine is the 18+ upstairs bar/lounge. Nice to be able to get away from little ones. Select screens have reserved seating for couples with drink and food service (and complimentary popcorn!) Definitely an upscale movie experience.

Definitely one of my favorite theaters!! It is a very big building! And its nice and spacious inside! The food and drinks are really good! The arcade is fun! And they have a second floor which has a bar!

We love this theater. They dont accept cash. Once they start accepting cash then this is a 5 star theater in my book.

All safety precautions were in place. Everything was clean, social distance was in place. Great to be at the movies again.

Very friendly ... we had hamburgers and fries and mixed drinks ... food was good and drinks were ok ...in the theater the seats were reclining and very cool inside and very very clean ... all wearing mask and they maintain the social distances..

As always had a great experience. Though, and this is my own personal opinion; I think they should enforce a mandatory mask for everyone. With the bars closing how long before they shut down the movie theaters again.

This is my “go to” theatre of choice. It’s conveniently near an outdoor shopping center, it’s decently clean, the service is pretty fast for a movie theatre, they have comfortable reclining seats and VIP seats upstairs for 18+, a Mezz couples seat option in the bigger theatres with complimentary popcorn and servers, a great bar upstairs with decent drink options, a fun game and photo section, and good quality food with great popcorn - even though the price is quite high for tickets and food and beverages. Parking is often difficult because it gets so busy but they have valet service as well. I also like the Santikos rewards program.

Currently, it has a great price for admission, and snacks to the end of June 2020 thanks to COVID 19. There are reclining seats and trays. Great optics and sound ad to the movie experience. However, it was just a tidbit warm and muggy in the theater. Hope this is helpful

We visited the Santikos Palladium Movie Theater 1/11/19 for the first time. We are from a small town and we were quite amazed! We just dont have theaters like this in our area. We were amazed by the architecture of the building to start with inside and out. Once inside we bought our refreshments and proceeded towards the theater. The chairs were incredible. Power operated padded recliners with a little table for each chair. Wow! It was extremely comfortable as we enjoyed the movie on the huge screen. Overall this was a really fun family experience!

A friend & I saw The Jungle Book 2016. We liked it because of songs from the original animated version. I liked it because there was a human (Mowgli) that I could identify with among all the CGI animals. The Palladium is opening up more, except for their 2nd floor Mezzanine.

Your typical upscale movie theater in most ways (reclining chairs throughout and a high quality selection of food to order), but what makes this place really exceptional is the upstairs area. Its adults only, and features a full bar. Some theaters upstairs even have cute little sweetheart seats, where the recliners are separated into two-person sections for a cozy and intimate experience. Its a little pricier than a regular ticket, but comes with a bucket of popcorn each and a waiter that will serve you during the movie. We loved it for a date night!

My wife and I love this place!! Very nice staff and entertainment!

The employees were all wearing masks, and the theater had the rows sectioned off, so that was good. The pizza was not great. It was cold and tasted like it was old. Oh well. Still, it was a pretty good outing.

Love all the activities. Tonight they had a Burmes Python from the San Antonio Zoo. Love the soda room when everything works and the different choices of food.

Decent movie theater. The Imax-auditorium, seats are regular, precaution measures are a bit unreasonable --as its not based on the group coming together but seat-pairs, and it needs better care/cleaning

We like the comfort of recliners, however it would have been nice to know that the back row, instead of being the best seats, are obstructed view. Really not happy spending a good chunk of change for these seats. 1st time we came we sat on the second row, because everything else was sold out, it was much better than being in the back. This theater is almost 1 hour from our house. Probably won’t be coming back!

Bought tickets on Atom. Ticket guy was like whatever its that way, no theater number.Its whatever. Clean place. No fleas or lice. No urine smells. Sonic was a cute flick. Parking far was empty. Cops everywhere. Saturday night.

One of the nicest theatres in San Antonio. It’s very clean & rarely packed which makes it nice for a quiet date. They have a food area where you can even purchase ‘cooked’ food. My favorite part are the reclining chairs

Great looking coliseum style structure makes it exciting as you approach it. Stadium, reserved seating is definitely the way to go. You pick where you want to sit, no rush to beat the crowd. Lots to do while you wait for your movie. I especially liked the fact that the bar happened to be right next to our theater.

This place is huge!! Huge screens , food, snacks and beer. Big bar upstairs. Totally an experience. The Seats are so comfy.

Its one of the most popular movie theaters in Texas for a reason. Between the large arcade room, Agora Bar upstairs, theater rooms, and other amenities, the Palladium makes for a good location for a full night out. I highly recommend visiting just be prepared for the crowds!

Im absolutely spoiled by great cinematics , the best speakers , the comfiest recliners , and the benefit of space for my peace of mind . The staff is always great and the rewards are so awesome!!!! Im actually utilizing 2 free tickets for knives out tonight if that tells you anything about this awesome place!!!!

Our go to spot! Place is Beautiful & Clean. Concessions are a little pricey but popcorn is always fresh & hot! If not for the rude janitor lady, would have been 5 ️

I would normally give this particular location a 5. However, twice now we have gone to order at concessions and were asked if we wanted the combo which would give us more for our money. While I appreciate that, we didnt ask for popcorn. But TWICE they tried to sell us the popcorn and drink combo. The problem is she didnt really listen to our order. Consequently, she didnt ring up or give us what we actually ordered.

The Palladium is undoubtedly one of my favorite theaters in town and most definitely is my favorite Santikos theater. Never too packed, always clean, and offered reclining seats in dang near every (if not every) theater. I also tremendously enjoy grabbing a beer at the bar on the second floor before catching a movie.

Great place to watch a movie and enjoy more snacks than just popcorn and nachos.

Its a great getaway eventhough they are showing older movies. Big screen, comfy seats, great margaritas and popcorn.

The movies here are spectacular! They even have early shows for high-end movies a day before release. They recliner seating is one of the best parts of this theater. On the other hand, you just need to press a button to get food and drinks taken to you right on the spot! My favorite movie theatre in town!

One of the coolest theaters to visit. Thursday nights are the best to see a movie if you want to avoid the heavy crowds during the weekend. Didnt experience any problems with my visit.

Came here while on spring break in the area. I was a little disappointed in this theater as I had heard good things about the chain and frankly, expected more. The interior felt a tad shabby, uninviting. Idk. It needs updating.The theater itself was nice and had nice chairs. They recline a good amount but don’t have any modern features like heated seats or lie flat like some theaters.We were in the AVX room and it was a great sound.I would come back if down here, but it wouldn’t be my first choice in general.

They didnt let my 4 year old in a movie with us which is stupid cause I dont always have a sitter. I know when to close his ears and eyes! Booo but they have great margaritas when I go with my friends.

Love the cleanliness of the place and the staff was nice. Concession lines moved quickly, although I think ALL movie concecions are overpriced. But, love that the large popcorn and drinks are free refills. We shared popcorn between 3 people.

Came here for the first time, and I must say horrible experience. Took my family here to experience a different place to watch movies. For how expensive the tickets were, seats weren’t comfortable and projector didn’t work. Took 20 minutes to get it up and going. Looks are deceiving

I love this theater, usually there is plenty of great viewing options, such as 3D IMAX, 3D etc. The seats are top of the line comfortable. There is plenty of food options, ice cream games, even a bar. I definitely love coming here.

This movie theatre is amazing. It has outdoor patios, a multiple bars, a party room, games, the balcony and sunset are awesome, not to mention comfort while watching your movie. The outside of the building is very enticing to go inside. Parking was very easy. Very friendly staff, this place knows how to do it up right. The pricing is also Military friendly.

This place is very clean. I say you should buy the Mezz tickets. Its very affordable.

I love Santikos! The location of the Palladium is perfect - considering there are restaurants to your left and right + shopping stores.Ive been a loyalty member for quite some time now and I cant express enough of how many wonderful experiences Ive had at Santikos - the employees are all so wonderful and service is amazing.

Really nice theater. Love the retro movies they play sometimes. Wife and I came to see The Big Lebowski on the big screen and it was fantastic. Large/clean restrooms and a friendly staff as well. No complaints, and well definitely be coming back!

Beautiful building and very comfortable seating. Temperature just right.

The movie was just what we needed: funny, great lines, excellent acting! The theater was clean and easily maneuverable. The soda dispensers were out of syrup on one side, but we were able to get drinks on the other side. We told someone at the concession area, and they shrugged and nodded as if it didnt matter. The nachos were to be picked up at the restaurant instead of the concession area, and the staff wasnt very receptive, although the food had been paid for already. The guy that sold us our tickets was helpful and kind.

Love this place to go watch the movies. Its clean and has good A/C. You can pick and mix a fountain drink any way you want!

Always a great experience. It is my go to theatre. The parking situation can be rough on the weekends, but 8.25 for a matinee with recline seats is the best. Cant wait for our next movie date (:

It was an elegant looking theater where my family and I were treated great. Pricing was a bit high but it is expected from such establishments. The price and look overall was decent. Only downfall were the nachos, its the same small container you purchase at HEB for about $4. Other than that. The location, prices and movie we saw were great.

Awesome theaters. You can skip the lines for tickets by going inside and purchasing on the self service machine. Make sure to use your santikos membership to get perks. Get there early since parking can be treaky depending the time of day you go. Early showings are cheaper so take advantage of you can. There is an arcade, a pizza place complete with a brick oven. A gelato parlor also. The classic popcorn with your favorite soft drink, if popcorn is not fresh, wait for them to pop more is always churning, or ask them to pop some for you. And of course there is an adult beverage full bar which is awesome, with all kinds of tasty drinks. So the Palladium is a whole experience, make it a day trip, not to mention the whole array of shopping at The Rim. ENJOY

Nice large IMAX screen. The place is clean. However, the seats are bit smaller. If it is more important for you to have adjustable seats then go for the DXB screens, but if you prefer larger screens then go for IMAX.

Very nice theater, the IMAX screen was awesome, the sound system was bumping, and the room was cool. The difference between 4 and 5 stars are the self-serve beverages. While I like the idea of getting my very expensive drink with just the perfect ice to beverage ratio, it would be easier if all the machines worked and the layout created a flow thru the process instead of a free for all. But that is a minor thing for such a great viewing experience!!!

I love the reclining seats & its been redecorated, which looks so nice & the theater is clean, the employees where helpful, courteous & friendly, its still pricey for there food but I enjoyed it.

Awesome experience. Took 2 yr old granddaughter to see Frozen. She loved it and the pop corn. Nice clean and very relaxing almosphere. Loved it!!!

Its the seats were roomy and comfortable. The drinks were good and of course Star Wars! We had fun.

The movie theater itself is very impressive. I will say these things. For the amount of money you pay for beer, it really could be colder. Santikos, you can work on this. Also, when sitting in an upper-level seat, its a good deal warmer than down below. If you have a more warm constitution, keep that in mind when you get your seat

This is the perfect place for either a date night or family outing. They have a little restaurant with some pretty good food as well as regular concession stands and also adult drinks, which helps when youre watching a 2.5 hour movie with your 5 year old who just had to see it but ends up passing out 30 minutes in so you gotta wake him up cause um, no -- you get your moneys worth... And also so you dont get nagged 3 months ago to rent said movie from RedBox cause hes never seen it.

My family and I had a great time. We enjoyed the movie, service, food and drinks. I really live this theater. I love the way it looks and the energy of the staff. Always a great visit when I attend this Santikos Theatre.
